Ordered a large pepperoni and an order of breadsticks along with two sides of marinara for pickup in the drive thru. Pulled up and the girl just stared at me. After stating my business, she grabs a pizza and kinda just hands it over. I let her know I had an order of breadsticks and sauce as well. She says it’ll be 5 min. I already gave them an extra 5 minutes past my promise time before showing up. No one was particularly rude, but just very NPC behavior, lack of any emotion or personality, and felt like I was simply bothering the girl by picking up my order. Felt like I was in the Twilight Zone or something for a minute it was just bizarre.

Ordered a pizza with extra sauce, I really couldn't see any sauce! Went back through the driveup window and had to get cold sauce to dip. I also had ordered a salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing, didn't notice until I had completely pulled away for the second time that it was apple vinaigrette. So I called because I was going to turn around once again. I guess if they don't have the balsamic they give you the other. It would have been nice for them to at least ask me! Was looking forward to Donato's because they don't deliver to me. Now I'm eating pizza dipped in cold sauce and a salad I won't eat until I can get different dressing. Truly disappointed!!Btw, the salad was only half full in the bowl, but maybe it's suppose to be like that. I typically don't write reviews.

Wow. This time was really disappointing. Pizza was good, wings were acceptable. Also the drive through is closed which is one of the reasons we go here. Didnt even try with the wings this time.

Ordered on the app and was supposed to be ready at 6:32pm. Got there at 6:35pm and they couldn't find my order after searching for a couple minutes. The manager came out, barely said a word, then had an employee say from the back, sorry we missed you order, it is going in and will be ready in 15 minutes. That was it, nothing else from him and another employee finally called out my name, gave me my order at 7pm and asked if I prepaid

My wife ordered a pizza and a sandwich from the store in Lebanon. They delivered a cold pizza and the wrong sandwich. When we called the store we asked for the manager to send us the correct sandwich. He told us that his delivery drivers refused to go. When we asked for the General Manager’s name and number, he mumbled a name and then told us to call the 1-800 number and then hung up on us.
Why have the drive through accessible , if it’s not allowed to be used. No signs to declare this either. I put my order in for drive thru and it let me select the option only to be told at the window that it was closed? So I just left my food and didn’t get it.

Consistent problems with this specific location. Zero ownership when I've reached out with problems in the past. Gave them another chance and they messed up the order again. Not worth the risk despite being a fan of the franchise.

Ordered 2 pizzas and picked them up from the drive-through window, which was very convenient. I loved that option. Pizzas were freshly made, hot, and tasty. The only strange thing was, there was no pizza sauce, at all, on our deluxe pizza, or the margarita pizza. My brother-in-law noticed it as soon as he bit into it, my sister and I both looked for the sauce and couldn’t find any either. Pretty sure both pizzas were supposed to have pizza sauce on them. Oops.? Anyway, the pizzas were still pretty tasty.?By the way, you better be a very good driver, or have a small vehicle, to access the drive-through window due to the not-at-all-great design.?
