So I was really excited about trying another new place but ended up pretty disappointed. I apologized. I forgot to take pictures. Now I feel like it was just a rip-off of Chipotle. Their chicken and beef were on the dry side their vegetables were not fresh, and you couldn't tell the difference between their white rice and brown rice. They were using the same spoon for both. Once we got our bowls and took our first bite, it was underwhelming. We also had their chips and it just tasted like they opened a store Bought bag.I felt like maybe we shouldn't have ordered and just went ahead and went to Chipotle

The crew was nice and fast! Absolutely no issues, the food was hot, fresh, and yummy! My family and I love hothead, We are from Arkansas and when we make a trip to or through Ohio, you can bank on us being at hothead!Parking: No walking the parking is next to building!Kid-friendliness: My kids are always welcome and the crew are always accommodating, even when they are ordering for themselves the crew is very patient with them.Wheelchair accessibility: This location has a nice wheelchair ramp for easy access to the inside.

Took me and my kids to get food. As soon as you walked in you can tell the manager had a bad attitude. We ordered 4 bowls and he would never communicate just give my kids looks like hurry up while there deciding and sigh and stuff when they asked about things and the kicker was my kid asked which hot sauce they had and he sighed and said it's right in front of you... As a fellow food service worker I know that even if the sign is there you can't just say it's in front of you so rudly... will never go back as long as that manager is there

I used to eat hot head quite often but not anymore i went in recently and both people working acted like they didn't want to work at all. Not to mention the man making my burrito seemed really unhappy with the biggest frown I have ever seen. I will not return anymore they have lost a customer for life.
