The worst KFC . Forgot half of my order 1st time. Manager Mae said she would honor my entire order next time. Drive thru to do just that and she conveniently does't remember that conversation. She gives me the excuse that there is no crunchy chicken and fills my order half again. Never go there again.

This is place is increíble. Workers are really fast and the chicken is so good. The bucket is incredible and the food is a lot. This will definitely feed a whole family without a problem on a budget
Went to the drive thru to get my daughter a 2 piece chicken meal that's advertised for $2.99. Lady told me it would be NINE DOLLARS?!?!?!?! I said NINE DOLLARS FOR TWO CHICKEN LEGS??? She said "yep". I said well lady the sign right here says $2.99. She was silent for 30 seconds and then told me it was SEVEN DOLLARS AND SOME CHANGE!!! I repeated myself and said I wanted the $2.99 two piece meal that's on the sign. I got radio silence for about 45 seconds. I had enough and just drove off. These jobs aren't hard people. If you completely FAIL at working at a simple fast food job, how will you ever make it in life?? Jesus Christ!!!!!!!!!!!!! Figure it out and stop hiring incompetent people.

Incorrect order and there are no refunds.I ordered a bucket and mashed potatoes with gravy online in their app. I did not receive my gravy. I called the store and was informed there are no refunds. I could return for the gravy, which would have resulted in cold chicken and potatoes or possibly receive a credit next time. Sadly the chicken was incorrect too, so there will not be a next time!

My goodness! I'm just a freelance eater. I've been in Lebanon, Ohio for short term but O Boy, do I love chicken! KFC Cooks the hell out of the chicken here let me tell you! I mean restaurants aren't created equal now a days but HERE! These people know how to follow instructions from corporate. why do I say this? Because KFC years ago used to have consistency anywhere I went. People used to tell me Black folks cooked the chicken the best!Nope! I a pretty down to earth black guy, and you talking about well cooked chicken, sides, even the biscuits are fluffy and buttery!Horray to the staff, COOKS, DAYSHIFT!
