Decent Kroger. I've noticed that their prices are higher than a lot of other grocery stores but the produce is worth it.

I'm never shopping here again! I am a heart patient and order my food delivered because I can not carry them up three flights of stairs. This is how they delivered my grocery order.

Ordered a cake online three days before I needed it. Got a confirmation text and email but when I showed up, no cake. I was told she didn't have an order for it so I showed her my confirmation. Her solution was for me to pick out a cake and she wouldn't charge me for it... Which was fine in my case because the cake I had ordered was not that complicated anyway. It should go without saying that people order these cakes for special occasions because they want something "special". A bakery can make or break an occasion just in how they handle the cake. I do not hold the employee that took care of me responsible, she was kind and tried to make the best of this situation but I expected better of Kroger. The cake was delicious which is why you still got four stars.

Spent 40 minutes IN THE CHECKOUT LINE today. This used to be a decent Kroger's with a good selection and a decent number of lanes open. It is now a place of last resort to go to with many products missing or only a single option for something you are looking for. The worst though is when you have to check out. It's now like going to Walmart, with only one or two normal checkout lanes open. They seem to be trying to force everyone to check out using the self service lanes, even if you have a full cart of groceries. It's almost like they are trying to make the in store experience as miserable as possible so that people will use their pickup service.

Open some staffed checkout lines. Customers should get a discount to ring up their own purchases and you need to provide a tool to remove anti theft devices. I now own a purchase that can't be worn because it has an anti theft device that requires a special tool to remove. Thanks for the lack of customer service.

It has be brought to my attention that the general store manager is very rude and mean to his employees. He should be reprimanded for his behavior. When an employee had an allergic reaction to a bee sting, he threatened to fire her, then made fun of her with a Halloween display. The Kroger corporation should be made aware. The employees have been through a lot the past 2 years, cut them some slack.

Worst managed pharmacy in Lebanon. Pharmacy is always short-staffed. Took 5 1/2 hours today to get post-op antibiotics and pain meds - Disgusting!

The store is great. Don't get gas there. Every time I get gas there the idiot cashier don't know how to take my KROGER FUEL POINTS OFF. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES OR I'M GOING ELSEWHERE....

We will not return to Kroger. Mask wearing is not being enforced. Concerns me that food safety is also not enforced. We have shopped at Costco and they enforce the policy.

Love this store. Always find what I need. Staff are courteous and the isles are big. Every employee was wearing masks for Covid. My only concern was the checkout people had masks but was wearing them below their nose, which pretty much defeats the purpose of wearing a mask. Also did not see any cashiers wiping off belts and did not witness anyone wiping carts or handles. Just not good business in these times for seniors shopping there. I would recommend bringing sanitizing wipes.

How can I recommend you? You don't seem to care that your staff aren't protecting themselves and your patrons.
