Yikes, huge change in staff and not a good change. We go often and service is difficult now, its dirty, pizza was not done, very undercooked, staff members family and children were back by the ovens, also handling the food. I don't see us going back unfortunately! Hope it gets better. Its a shame all the other staff are gone and the pizza is not good anymore.

I was in line for an hour, when I finally ordered they said it would be ready in10 minutes, I left to get gas and came back. Went inside and waited another 10 minutes. When I asked about my order the lady said "1 sec" walked to the back to make my pizza and put it in the oven. The 2 men on the pizza line were making pizzas at a snails pace and did not wear gloves or wash hands the entire time, the woman did wash her hands before and after making my pizza. took 1.5 hours to get a cheese pizza, and when I got it home discovered it was raw in the middle...

Recently went in for a pizza it looks like the american crew was let go. The pizza i received was under cooked the cheese was barely melted. not to mention it took a while to even get a cashier to come up front to take orders plus there is now a language barrier I will not be coming to this location any more. There are plenty of other better pizza options in this town.

So happy that new owner and staff took over! I love the fact that the owner and staff speaking another language other than English. I lived in New York City for a period of time, so kind of used to seeing different people. The food was delicious and excellent service too. My favorite was the pepperoni puffs, best I had ever tasted from Little Ceasars. Keep up the good work. As long as I live in Lebanon for the next few months, I will be back!

First visit to Little Ceasars in a few months, appears new ownership. I think the first requirement for operating a pizza shop is knowing how to make pizza. The pretzel crust pizza was made with regular dough and hardly any cheese sauce, terrible. The supposed stuffed pepperoni and cheese crust pizza was equally awful. Couple that with waiting at drive thru window for 8 minutes, they knew we were there but simply didn't acknowledge our presence. There is a huge language barrier now, very difficult to simply convey the order, didn't work by name. When returned home with the "pizzas" we discovered the mess we were given. Not to mention the lady who came to the window was dressed like she was going to bed, certainly not working in a restaurant. All in all won't be returning for this bizarre experience again.

Called in to place an order for a special pizza. When the phone was answered I was told to hold on, over 20 minutes. When I got to the store I was still on hold, not a single customer was inside, and the employees were playing on their phones or walking around looking at the ceiling.

Staff did a great job, and pizza was hot and fresh and tasted great. But they should call this place little seizures because that's what we were all doing on the toilet after eating this pizza and fighting over our 1 bathroom.
