Took autistic grandson to play in play place... mom was letting her kid scream until my grandson came running to me with his hands covering his ears and then mom proceeded to scream profanities at her child then turned to us other parents, giggles, and half-apologizes.

Very shorthanded in the front counter. Seems like they put everyone on the drive thru. Ordered double big Mc and fries on the kiosk and waited almost 10 minutes for the food. Only 1 person taking orders, packing, and getting food to customers.

Just walked in to order food for my family to sit and eat. Couldn't even find one clean table. Then when I went to the counter to ask if someone could clean a table for us. I didn't not get one person ask if I needed anything. Pasted me three times. A girl even passed me and took a guys order at the counter when I was standing there first. Then finally I was able to get a guys attention from behind the counter and ask if he was a manager because he was not wearing a name tag. Then said yes he is a manager with an attitude. Then I ask if he could get someone to clean a table for my family. He looked at me like I was in the wrong. Then I said thank you and walked back to my family. Then if their was a problem with that. I just left. Because if they have there lobby unsanitized. I especially don't want to eat there or let my family eat there. Poor service, horrible customer service, and not clean.

The person in the drive thru only said “ok” to everything we said. Never even greeted us or told us to pull forward. Just “ok”. Then didn’t say a word to us at the window? Not sure who’s running this place but someone needs to look into the training!

Would give a 5 star review if I could get thoroughly cooked hot fries when I go there. The service and sandwiches, chicken nuggets were great but the fries are always half cooked and cold.
