Ordered and paid online for contactless delivery because my kid was sleeping (didn't want him woken up). Driver not only rings the doorbell but then tries to say I owe him 20 bucks. After explaining to him that I paid online he got mad and walked off. I called the store to let them know what happened but when I asked if I was speaking with a manager the kid on the phone said "maybe". I pretty much never write reviews but this was so out of the ordinary I had to share it. Only reason we got papa John's was because we got a gift card. Won't be getting it again.

My kids love their pizza and they have the best coupons BUT it seems like more and more often the quality of the food is a miss. We ordered 3 pizzas for a fast dinner tonight and the one for the adults was awful. We ordered it with multiple toppings and some were missing altogether and the rest were barely there with half the pizza only having pepperoni and banana peppers. By the time I got home and noticed what they had delivered they were closed so I was unable to get it replaced. Honestly it makes me want to order from someplace else if they’re going to keep delivering sub par food

Attempted to place order on line. Web site would not allow us to check out. Called direct, sounded like a call center. Asked for address then for our zip code. Could NOT understand what the person was saying. Asked him to repeat 3 times. Finally hung up. If I call the local store why do I need to give my zip code? Are they not in the same zip code???? Will no longer order from this location (or any other). They will be the next pizza place gone from town. Frustrating!!!!
