I've had trouble with this Domino's pizza location before. But I've always let it slide until now. The manager John as this location is a joke! And so is the Domino's tv commercial about being happy with you order or they'll make it right. Don't believe it. The pizza was not what I ordered online and when I called to complain I was told by John the manager that he personally made the pizza and that it was correct as ordered. In my mind he's calling me a liar. After a few words back and forth with this so called manager on the phone I personally drove to the store just to get my money back and return all the food I had delivered. JOHN could have easily made this right and kept a loyal customer. This is a middle aged fat guy that has a bunch of teenage boy workers watch how he destroyed customer service. There's at least 10 other pizza joints within arms reach from me and I choose this one time and time again to give my money to. But never again! And yes I will absolutely be contacting the corporate office come Monday.
Best deep dish (pan) around. Great sauce, toppings. Deep dish crust is better crust than UNO's, far far better than 'Two Cities'. Staff are very pleasant, and I think about the only place in town with traditional pizza place hours (open until midnight or later). Everyplace else here closes hours earlier. Give it a try if you haven't. :-)
