This Starbucks has very quick, professional and polite employees. They did a great job getting my drink out to me quickly and they made it very well. FYI: If you are using the app to pay, you do not get stars at this location and it does not allow you to tip them through the app.

Only gave 4 stars for service because at this Starbucks it was seriously understaffed,had to wait about 25 mins for an iced coffee? The lady could only do what see could do,she was filling mobile orders before she got to mine ,,,,, if you like to wait forever than this Starbucks is for you!

Went up to get a tea and the girl working was sitting there with her phone in one hand and a drink in the other and acted like it was an inconvenience that I wanted to place an order. Will never be back. Bad service trumps all.

I came in today and I ordered a mocha cookie crumble like I always do. Everything was going great I got my coffee and went to my car. When I got to my car I took 1 drink of it and it tasted like black coffee and the consistency of it was water. It was like drinking watered down black coffee with whipped cream, it was disgusting and I had to take it back. I’m not usually one to complain and I asked them to remake it for me and the barista wasn’t happy about that. She was actually pretty rude and acted like she didn’t wanna remake it. I will be back to the location I just had a bad experience today.

This is the starbucks that got me started on their ice coffee. I've always loved being waited on by Rebekah Little. I would come in to get coffee and I would be like ok girl what sounds good. And she would always just make me something and I would always love it. She always knew what I liked. Now she is leaving starbucks and I will miss her greatly. U r the best girl. It's starbucks loss. U will be missed. I luv that girl.

I definitely prefer my local small business coffee shops over any Statbucks, really. Most of their coffees just have this artificial taste to them. I can understand why people love Starbucks so much, especially if they do not have any family-owned coffee shops in their area. But if you do please go support those small businesses over this big business. I can bet the coffee will be much better! Kairos for life ❤️
