Ordered online. Missing items and one sandwich's meat was cold and missing extra cheese. Took a while for someone to pick up phone, but lady who picked up offered to write my name down for 12 cookies instead of the 6 missing I ordered. Will call ahead and make sure they have enough for pick up.

I know it says they do curbside but they do not. One of the workers park there instead. The app let's you order curbside but they "don't do curbside" according to the workers.

Would give a zero if I could. Received 3 horrible cold sandwiches with NO cheese, no heated steak on a Philly melt sandwich. Incorrect bread. HORRIBLE. And it’s not the first time.

Ordered from here on DoorDash. I ordered a BLT. It's always toasted because of the bacon. I got my sandwich completely cold with uncooked bacon. Thank you Subway. Also, the phone number is no good. Or they just won't answer.

This was the WORST service I’ve ever experienced. That says a lot because I once worked in fast food. We walked in they ALL rolled their eyes, including the manager. When we were ordering they made us sound like we were stupid. They looked so annoyed we were in there, btw they weren’t busy we were the only ones in there. The food was okay, but we were super nice and they were so rude so don’t recommend going there. And to the workers: sorry you have to work at the subway in lebanon for a living, but that doesn’t mean you have to take it out on your customers. Be better.
