I was there a couple days ago to pick up an online order that wasn't even made. Only 1 new person was working and didn't know how to do online orders so I waited for 30 mins before she was even able to make it. She was very nice and apologized a few times. I am still confused as to why a new person is even working alone! That was my first and last time at that location. Colonial location is always great!

Terrible service. Was not greeted...or acknowledged by the "staff". Then, when I mentioned it, the employee came back with some attitude. I left....and got some smart comments. They really showed me :) The service, food, and experience at the Main Street location is much better.

I have the utmost respect for fast food workers, but I just feel something should be said. I’ve never been made to feel bad when patronizing a fast food restaurant. One of the workers complained the entire time she made my sandwich. I asked for extra chicken and she looked at me like I should apologize. The same worker actually said they were jinxed when customers showed up. If you hate your job that much, quit.Visit: 5/12/2023 11:30am

These lying piles of garbage said DD picked up my order when I hadn't been assigned a dasher for 30 minutes. So when my dasher finally got there it was close to closing. Apparently they didn't make the food in advance and told the dasher someone else picked it up, so they didn't have to make it. Last business this place will ever get from me.

This is the second time in two weeks that my order was wrong! The district manger just simply doesn't care even after I wasted my time entertaining him with his multiple request for receipts, dates, times, order number, screenshots..... he never responded back! If you plan on eating here go order in person DO NOT order through the app because you will not receive what you order!

Ordered thru door dash 1/2 hr before their closing time. I wanted a simple tuna wrap and a diet coke. It came with lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion, it had NO tuna in the wrap.
Made this Subway my regular store about a month ago instead of Wal marts store and I couldn't be happier. Each time I have came in I've been greeted with nothing but friendly and excellent service and my sandwiches are always perfect. Even better the employees will talk to you and even help you out. I was 25 cents short for a sandwich and the young man ended up paying for the entire thing! I wish him the best for real. Thanks to the current staff who turned this place around

This Subway is locally owned and needs a little bit of touch up. You don't come over here for the decor. So you get your sandwich and go. Call in your order in advance because parking here is limited and fills up quickly.
