Update: All Skylines have dropped to 4 stars and will remain that way as long as they sell Coke.All Skylines get a 5 star in my opinion. I do love their food, but this location always goes above and beyond with their service. My family has been eating here for years, and the staff treats us like family.Update: continued yum!

This is a top notch Skyline chilli location, always clean and the staff is courteous. The food is what you expect and love from Skyline, and always done well.I am a fan of the ways ( 4 way, onion) and the coneys, my kids really like the chicken tender baskets with cheese for the fries.

I needed a coney dog fix so I finally tried Skyline Chili's coney dogs. Two coneys with coney sauce, a few onions and mounds of cheese on each. I'm more of a good hotdog, coney sauce and lots of onions on it (no mustard please). The mounds of cheese was a little too much. But what surprised me was the small hotdogs they give you. Chili was decent, not enough chopped onions and way too much cheese (but that's how they make them). They were ok chili dogs. I have to say I like Sonics chili dogs better; at least you get a foot long dog. I miss the old Coney Island that used to be near High and Buttles but like every gentrification of Short North, the good places are replaced by chic nothing bars and restaurants.
This is my first time and unfortunately my last time going there. The portions are tiny the chili is gross. The salad was old and the hot dogs were tiny. The food is way over priced for what you get.I feel like I got ripped off. For $43 I can take my family to chipotle. The server didn’t even bother to give us menu. If you want a coney go to Sonic and you will get a good deal and good food.

My husband loves this food. I of course eat there too, but he searches it out, if we are traveling. No Skyline here in the Sandusky Norwalk area. I like it, he loves it. I always see lots of families with young kids and whole fams including grandparents. Weirdly they can't keep the carpets clean (any we've been to, prob those little kids with all those crackers and cheese!). And they sell really good root beer! We consistently return!
