Best shredded chicken rice bowl I have ever had! Both the chicken and the rice are so very tender. The flavor is excellent. Love ordering delivery from here both to work and to home. They always get the order right and the delivery service is very quick. My new favorite to go to place.

Ordered from here for the first time and was excited to try the food. Chips and queso get a thumbs up. I also ordered a burrito (hibachi shrimp). While the overall flavor was on point I would advise against ordering the hibachi shrimp. They were ridiculously undersized. To the point it was insulting and laughable (about as big as my pinky nail). I honestly don't know why they offer "hibachi shrimp" if this is what they are using because it is cheating the customer on their protein choice. I won't repeat this choice again. I'm a bodybuilder so I prioritize the protein options in my meals. Honestly my burrito might as well been vegetarian. Flavor no problem but they need to remedy the situation with the shrimp, upgrade to larger ones or remove the option from the menu entirely.

I stopped in the West Chester location because I wanted to try it. I was not disappointed. The restaurant was clean and the service was good. As for the food it was excellent and I really like the chips and will be back soon.

I love this place. They make Mt quesadilla perfect every time. The employees are friendly and accommodating.Please stay open......Vegetarian options: The meat substitute for is (beans. It) is my go-to, but they have a hand'made plant-base burger as a choice.I'm a customer for life.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian, no fish, chicken meat.

This location is near Kroger in the plaza. This is just like a chipotle or qdoba. When I arrived they were cleaning the floors which is great and it looked nice inside. I choose a bowl and overall it was okay. I echo a similar review where the rice wasn't cooked very well at all and the chicken was also not grilled as well as it could be but overall it was okay. The bowl for me had some good spice to it which is nice. They didnt have the fajita vegetables I like which was a bummer. In an ultra competitive landscape you have to knock it out of the park the 1st time which they did not. Theres no reason for me to come back as there are many others that just do it better.

I feel like I'm echoing a couple reviews but the service was fantastic! I was really unsure about the sauces and the gentleman working let me taste test several so I didn't get one that was too spicy! Which I really appreciated! He was super sweet and talked me through the whole process as I'd never been there before but as I sit here eating it I'm not sure the food quality matches the service. The rice is slightly bland and the grilled chicken (which isn't really grilled) is really over done in sections. It's cheaper than chipotle, hotter than chipotle, and the service was way nicer than chipotle but the bland rice and overcooked chicken knock it down a few stars for me. I want to go back maybe mid day because I did stop an hour before closing, and that may have played a role.

Great chicken quesadilla and chiwawa carnitas bowl with queso. A few things I really like about this place it - the people behind the counter have always been really nice and helpful in helping me and the wife pick out what we want and figuring out what flavors are going to go well. There's some unique flavors and sauces you simply cannot get at a chipotle or even a top notch Mexican restaurant. I'm a huge s***** for their scorpion pepper sauce and they make good wings too. The chiwawa is a cheese filled fried ball of rice that you top with meats and fresh salsa/veggies - have not seen this elsewhere. You'd think rice would be a little boring and a filler like it is elsewhere, but the meat and the crispy exterior texture makes it kinda addicting. Another thing I like to do - order some bubb's and then take it over to the Kroger bar and pair it with something crisp and hoppy. God how did I get this bougie. It happened fast. Also I am now fat. Cincinnati eats and brews is a powerful drug, kids.
