Entire order was cold and disappointingParking: For not being busy it was extremely disappointing. Went thru the drive thru, there were 2 cars ahead of me so they could have made fresh or at least microwaved it and make a half hearted attempt but apparently they didn't care one way or the other.

They never get your order right. We were one of two cars in the drive thru. We get home and they gave us a chicken biscuit instead of the sausage/bacon double croissant sandwich we ordered. Won’t be going. This place has not done anything correct since it opened. It’s like the employees here have been winging it since day one. Hope it closes!

Had to wait for COLD FOOD. My hamburger was oddly chewy and tasted funny. The chicken wrap was raw and not safe to eat at all. Totally unacceptable and I will not be back to this location ever due to possible food poisoning risks. AVOID at all costs !

I regret not getting his name, but I had excellent service from the front counter guy. Who not only took my order, but made it as well. The food is always delicious at every BK, or maybe I'm partial because I worked for BK my entire teenage/early 20's life. But after the service I received today I definitely will say 10/10 and if I'm ever again in the area I will definitely return. Thank you guys very much ?

Ok let's be honest. The staff are not thorough. Check your bags you will be missing an item or two. Is the food hot? No. Is a whopper amazing even heated up for 20 seconds in the microwave. Maybe.

I will keep it short. Workers can't count. Slowest BK I've ever been to and still some how me up your order. My medium fry had less fries in the box than my small fries. The managed too cram $35 in food in one bag making it frustrating to check the bag they hand you. Good thing I did check. Was missing a sandwich and had to say something about the skimpy fries. I will just avoid this BK all together from now on....
