The "Breakfast Empanada" was absolutely nothing like what's shown in the app. Not even close. It was literally shaped completely differently, exactly like a toaster strudel, and about half of the size of the photo shown in the app. Total scam and false advertising. I will not be visiting any Dunkin location again after being fleeced this hard.

I placed my order in the drive thru. I got to the first window the guy asked what did I order... as I'm pulling up to the second window I see a drink sitting outside on the ledge of the window with their hand all over it.Very displeased with experience.

I stopped by today around 11:10AM and got half a dozen of donuts, a kids white milk and a small decaf latte. Kaya helped us out. At first she gave me a chocolate milk, but then exchanged it when I mentioned I ordered the white milk. I never got a receipt. I left to run errands, not realizing till later that I got a black regular coffee, which I can’t drink! On my way back, I stopped by and told the manager what happened, showing her my coffee. She asked me for the receipt which I did not have. I told her that Kaya was right next to her and can confirm or look for it. She said it passed too much time since then (1:45PM) and she can’t do anything. Her attitude was not pleasant to say the least. When I told her I wasn’t planning to shop here any more, she said: “I hope you don’t!” This is the worst customer service I ever received from a manager on my dime! Shame on such poor customer service!

The service here is lousy. I pull into the drive thru and wait my turn. The car on the other side finishes their rode and pulls through. I speak into the speaker, only to see my lane of the two lane drive thru is being ignored. ' I pull up and ask the young lady why one lane is ignored and she responds that "we really can't see who's in line". I asked if she can tell which lane she just waited on, and she had no answer. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said there wasn't one there. I asked to speak to whoever was in charge, and was told "there really isn't anyone in charge right now." Either she was telling the truth, which explains the horrible customer relations, or she was lying, and the manager was afraid to talk with me, which also explains the terrible customer relations. Starbucks is about 5 minutes further, but they'll get my business now.
Service is slow, long wait in drive thru. Donuts hard.

Have never before stopped at this store - thought I would try them for my morning coffee.... hopeful that they might be a little less expensive than Starbucks. Coffee was fine but priced no differently than Starbucks and the line in the drive through was longer than I normally experience elsewhere. Not really impressed, and if I were going to get donuts I would prefer to use one of the locally owned small businesses...
