Then had to go back through because the onions they served were translucent and bad. So in total it took me almost 30min to get food through the drive through….

This location does not open at a consistent time. My crew loves their coneys so I try to get then a couple coney crates before heading back out to work. First time I went there at 10:15 it was closed and thought okay maybe something happened no big deal. Today I went at 10:30 and again it was closed up with people inside just looking at me like im the stupid one when it say open at 10am on their door, website and google maps. Guess we will settle for skyline from now on at least I know they will be open.

I love Gold Star Chili in Liberty Township. The staff are so welcoming... they treat us like family. My daughter is hooked on their Coneys and my son and I believe they have the best hamburgers and fries in town! I've recently been ordering the Barbecue Ranch Chicken salad and it is fabulous! Great fresh made food and plenty of it, reasonable pricing, outstanding service... definitely 5 stars in my book!!!

January 25th 2024 around 2:11 PM, I placed an order at Liberty Township Goldstar when placing the order I ordered a combo number one with a veggie three-way a cheese Coney no onion, no mustard and a vanilla shake. I paid for my order a total of 15.09, and proceeded to go to my next destination, which was Children’s Hospital. Once I arrived at my son’s appointment, I realized I did not have a fork to eat my three-way mind you the Coney was for my son. When I called Goldstar Liberty to inform them, I did not receive a fork and it was not enough time to go back to get a fork. I was wondering if I could get a credit or come back to get a fresh three-way I also recommended that I bring the original three-way back, I was told I needed to ask the hospital for a fork and could not give me a credit or provide me with another three-way. I work a third shift as well as a first shift job and have not ate for hours. I was very disappointed when I explain this to the worker on the phone, I was told she was the general manager, and there is no one above her when I proceeded to say, I will be calling corporate. I asked for a name she refused to give me a Name , after I told her it was very inconsiderate and rude of her. She tells me her name is Summer. I love Goldstar and eat it two or three times a week. This is my first time at this location because I had an appointment next-door. This makes me want to never come to this establishment again , customers don’t deserve to spend their hard earning money at this location

If you love Cincinnati style chili this is the place for you. Dining inside or their drive thru is open for when you're in a hurry.
