Though not a Graeter's stan, this location will get my business for life! And it's all due to their manager and his awesome customer service. He is nice, informative, a problem solver, and remembers faces! Right after visiting this location, I went to the VoA location, and they completely ignored me...not even an acknowledgement of my existence. Whenever I need to pick up chocolates or cookies for family members, I will always stop at the Liberty Town Center Graeter's!
Absolutely outstanding service from Hannah and Emily. I came in decently late on Friday the 8th. They were very personable with me about my jewelry and were cracking jokes with my 9 year old son. A young man was the cashier and he had a warm and welcoming feeling. In the Cincinnati area, Graeter’s is king: super smooth, dense, and yet soft ice cream. Heavenly, perfectly sweet. I always do mint chip, because it comes with these thick, semi-solid chocolate ripples, but this time I also went with the new lemon meringue pie, which was superb. (Hard to get lemon right in ice cream!) This location, like every location I have ever visited, was warm and inviting. I can’t wait to go back.
