We were a group of 25, and we had the best service, we got food fast and hot.
2/19/24 Delivery was right on time: Had the Tuna Hoagie & Kitchen Chip. What a great meal & sandwich! Plenty of tuna, nice cuts of tomato and lettuce and lots of mayo. And 25% discount as a special. What a win.

Been here multiple times and it was fine which is why I gave 3 stars, but this time was a one star visit. 9 people, their food was fine, but my BLT Hoagy was disgusting. The bacon tasted like burnt weed. I told the waitress it was inedible and I needed to order something else. I ordered a steak hoagy instead. I said lettuce, tomato, pickle, banana pepper. She wrote it down and repeated "lettuce, tomato, onion...", I said no, no onion, just lettuce, tomato, pickle, banana pepper. She adjusted what she wrote. And wouldn't u know the dang thing came with onions anyway. And it didn't come out until 30 min later and by that point everyone was ready to leave. So I asked for a box as soon as she set it down. And she seemed confused and irritated that I did so. It was a group effort on the bad experience this time, really, NOT putting it all on the waitress (who was clearly newer). Bad bacon is not her fault. And I don't know who screwed up the onions, her or the kitchen. Either way, very disappointed with this visit.

Manager didn't turn on the NFL wildcard Playoff game after being asked multiple times... waitress didn't say thank you to a 52% tip. Food solid as always.
Ordered a plain pizza and calzone at 927 waited patiently as everyone just talked to each other until someone asked what we were waiting for at 9:52 handed us our food at 9:55 already cold with the sticker on it that said it was estimated to be done at 940

This la rosas has gone down hill the water is awful.... not even busy on a wednesday night and the service is TRASH it shouldn't take an hour to make 2 pizzas..I won't be coming here anymore make some changes to the staff GET BETTER
