Staff is horrible. I came in to pick up a doordash order for a customer at 2:00 in the morning, store supposed to be open 24 hours after 5 minutes they finally say something on the microphone and I couldn't hear them so I asked him to repeat it. He said they are currently closed and not taking orders at the moment and asked him why and they said they were short-staffed. But there's people in the store and they're working but they can't take an order or even do door dashers. So they get paid to stand around and mess with each other for the rest of the night. I wonder if management knows they do this.

Why is this McDonald's so slow to give you your food it took over 20 minutes to get two meals. Something has to change this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, not some place to kill 45 minutes.

Needed a hot chocolate. Went thru drive thru at this Liberty location and used the new AI order system. I didn't see hot chocolate on the menu, but AI answered my question and added the drink to my order with no problem. I then ordered a small fry but asked that it be freshly made. "She" handled that well, too.AI is here. Fewer and fewer humans will be needed to run our businesses. Scary thought. I will not, as a rule, be frequenting these places very often simply because I prefer a human interaction.The cocoa was piping hot. Fries were fresh. The real wait time appeared to be due to the slow person in the car ahead.

they never give you your full order and definitely don’t expect your fry’s to be full and the managers will ignore you

decent place sometimes, unless you want fries. absolutely never fill their fries up all the way. every single time we get a large fry, its always quite literally halfway full. staff isnt all that great either. they were gonna double charge us for the fries when we went back in but didnt because we were “patient”.and comepletey ignored us the other time we had a problem

This is the best McDonald’s around. The bar is pretty low for satisfaction at McDonald’s, but this one always does a good job. I’ve been here at least 10 times and then always got the order right and did it quickly. They are also one of the last McDonald’s that has oatmeal.
