This gas station Popeyes is a hidden gem. I was served one of the best Popeyes chicken sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Food was piping hot and excellent. I do miss when they used to serve fries in the small bags, because more fries were in the bag.

Waited forever. Very rude and unapologetic employees. Messed up our order and shorted us. $50 order, all the chicken was low quality. Shameful.

Food is hit or miss here on them making it right of giving you tiny portions that should be more. The staff is ok though and to be fair I never did bring my issue up to them I just left because I didn't have time to go back so I give 3 stars for not giving them the chance to correct their mistake.

Food always tastes great, it's getting the food that's difficult and frustrating. Cannot use app coupons at this location, this location almost never answers the phone no matter how much you call amd frequently closes early or doesn't open at all without any notice on website or Google. Very difficult to get food here.

Went for dinner on Sunday 7/31. Took 45 minutes to take my order, 10 minutes to make it. The drive-thru was only place open, their lobby was closed at 5pm. Will not be coming back because of extremely slow service.

Every time I come here I think, hey I might just get a normal sandwich this time, the hope of getting a good spicy sandwich is what brings me back, but just like every time before, the sandwich is garbage. Half the the breast is a shriveled up crunch, the other isn't even breaded. The only thing they do right is putting a top and bottom bun on. Hey fries are usually good tho.

16 piece had 7 wings, short 2 breasts and legs. My daughter has a sick baby, I stopped to get it for her. It was a serious disappointment. The young man that filled the order was training a new person.. management has serious issues. I don't recommend this location.

Ordered 16 piece dinner with 3 large sides. Added an 8 piece chicken only. Cost 69.00After getting home, I found two single servings of mashed potatoes. Supposed to be Large potatoes,Large beans and rice,Large macaroni. Called and spoke to supervisor Nick. He said they was out of macaroni. No apology. Told me I could come back within a week to get a credit for the beans and macaroni.Will never eat at this Popeyes again. Total rip off with poor management.
One of the worst place I have been. Waited for 30 mins at drive thru every employee not ready to take my order. Need to hire real service giving employees.

I normally do not write negative reviews unless needed. I came by the other day for a chicken sandwich, sadly they were not available, but that isn't the issue. If I were to write about the young lady that took my order I would give 5 stars as she did a wonderful job. I even enjoyed my beignets. And they were worth the wait. My issue was the chicken wasn't very hot, almost like it hadn't been cooked long enough. Almost like if you bake some chicken fingers in the oven for 10 minutes and they need 14. That extra couple minutes could mean a lot. I have eaten here before and really enjoyed my meal and I will be back and I am sure this was a one off issue.

Enjoyed a special on the menu on Tuesday. Absolutely great. I had had quit going to this Popeyes due to inconsistency. Sunday thought I'd try it again. Same as in the past, totally different experience. The tackle box I swear had popcorn shrimp nice and hard. Will drive farther yo West Chester, always good.

If I could give a negative review, I would! Stopped by the drive thru at 11am. They supposedly open at 1030. Woman comes through the speaker & says she'll be right with us. After 10 minutes waiting & no one responding thru speaker anymore we go to front door which is LOCKED. Guy comes outside and says it'll be at least 45 minutes before they can serve anything. I'm just wondering why they didn't tell us that in the drive through instead of letting us sit there 10 minutes and no longer responding?
