I fully support local business including pizza places. That said, I will count you as wrong if you discount Sbarro. It is good. I mean it. Yes, you are in a mall, so the variation can depend on factors. It is just important for me to say I enjoyed this pizza.

Beware this Sbarro's charges several dollars more for their pizzas online. We ordered in person yesterday and got a 17 inch pizza for just over $14, and we ordered online today only because no one would answer the phone there after several attempted calls. We selected the pizza based on the price we paid yesterday only to find out that online, the same price pizza was for a smaller size. When asking them about it, they simply confirmed that their online prices were indeed higher and there was nothing they could do about our smaller pizza we received today for the same price we paid the day before for their larger size. Just warning everyone of their higher online prices. We'll take our business elsewhere from now on.

Poor customer service, area around food was not clean, greasy pizza and the meat ball disgusting ? I could not swallow it. It was my first and last time to try them.
I always been so patient with their lousy customer service. But now i decided not to go there anymore I was standing for almost 3 minutes and they didn’t bother saying anything even they know I need help because they didn’t wanna interrupt their conversation after they help me she throw the pizza on the counter without saying anything . Wow talk about arrogance.

The staff is rude and sarcastic with horrible attitudes. They act as if customers are an inconvenience to them even though it's a customer service job. and the food sits all day long. Things they make at 11 am will be served clear up until 9 when they close. I highly recommend to go somewhere else or you will get food poisoning.
