I went to this Starbucks for the first time tonight and had a very pleasant experience! Funny thing is, it's just a few minutes from where I live (Liberty Center) but have never needed to go to this one. Liberty Center's closes early now due to COVID, so this was the other option. The barista was extremely friendly and made sure she gave me exactly what I wanted. She asked me if I wanted the nitro brew in my cold brew. My mom and I came here this afternoon and met Jim, or as people call him "uncle Jim". He was hilarious and one of the sweetest people I've met. He seemed like genuinely enjoys his job and was excited to be there. Thank you Jim for your making me and my mom's day!

The barista zoey was so sweet. Made my drink to PERFECTION. Was very helpful explaining the menu. I wasn’t having the best day when I arrived but her positive energy had me Leaving with a smile. ☺️
