Came for dinner with a few friends for a fun night out. Restaurant was busy, but we were seated quickly at a booth. Server was extremely friendly and provided wonderful service and entrée recommendations when one member of our party was between a few items. I got the 2 for $30 with a friend and we each got the 6oz sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak was extremely flavorful and cooked perfectly. Overall the atmosphere was great and I had a very fun time with friends. Will definitely have dinner at this location again!

Food was decent. However, the Caeser salad was swimming in dressing and the french onion soup was watered down and one of them was not even warm (we both ordered the french onion soup). While we did not tell the bartender we were on a time schedule, the entire place was occupied by 11 tables (roughly 20% of the restaurants max occupancy). There was a manager that came on after we had been here for 25 minutes and just stood around observing the somewhat empty restaurant or was hiding in the office (which we could see from the bar where we sat) vs checking to see if any food needed to be ran out. The poor bartender was handing a majority of the tables around the bar area and us, then another couple prior to our departure. Bottom line, the bartender was overworked, there seemed to be no control of what was going on, no team work and the place was messy. I wish the best for this location.

Never had a bad meal there it's kind of hard to mess up a beer every place we go seems to screw up in a Long Island Iced Tea. It's got booze in it. You should be able to taste the booze.
4 cheese Mac and cheese was covered in bad bacon flavoured sugar syrup.

The atmosphere was ok considering they were pretty busy. The service could've been better, very slow! My fish and chips weren't anything to brag about. The fries good and crispy.

Steak was not medium rare, it was well done. Mashed potatoes were crappy, wings were all salt, brocolli was all salt....celery was the best part of
Me and my fiancé decided to stop here to get dinner on 2/17/2024. The smell was horrible once we walked in the door we should’ve left right away but we didn’t. we decided to stay and get our dinner which was awful also. I did give service a five star because our waiter Brian did amazing job and he was wonderful. It was dirty and some staff weren’t that clean. The bathrooms were the WORST I walked straight out. If I’m gonna eat somewhere I would hope the staff took care of their hygiene especially when they’re in the food service! I would not recommend. I would most definitely recommend the one across town on Elida Road. I have never had any problems with their food or atmosphere.

Worst experience we have had at any Applebee's. They did not have the all you can eat deal, the appetizer came after the meal. The breadsticks were uneatable. Their computer system was not working and they calculated my bill wrong - had to wait over 10 min to get it corrected. Never again.

Worst service ever!!! Took my server 10mins just to get a cup of ranch by then my food was cold. Then Took FOREVER for refills to come out and our server kept asking if they came out and we told her no she would go back and check and never let us no what was taking so long. I arrived BEFORE 10:30 and didn't leave until midnight!! I would of rather ate burger kind or McDonald's then the food I got served cold and took forever!!! Also the servers were cussing and yelling if my children were with me I would of been pissed Totally not acceptable when it's suppose to be a family restaurant!!!Kid-friendliness: Totally NOT!!! Servers were yelling and cussing and the Manger didn't say or do anything about it!!!

My family and I went to the applebees on elida Rd in Lima, Ohio. Terrible service, did not get the order correct and then served RAW CHICKEN to my husband. We will never be back!
