It took a long time to get our roast beef sandwiches. Went to eat it and the bun was burnt on 1 and the other had 2 top buns.

So angry. I was only car in the drive through. No one in the restaurant. 3 fish, 1 slider, 1 small curly fry, 1 turnover. I sat 12 minutes. Line forms behind me. I drive 6 minutes to home. It's all cold. Fish tough and cold. BBQ sauce charge, I didn't order. A slider he throws in 3 horsey, 3 arby sauce because he asked BBQ and I said no. Tried calling no one answers. By the reviews they need to find managers and workers that realize food is one law suit away if food poisoning. GLOVES please.

Horrible service assistant manager says to me I'm the only boss you have very disrespectful so I asked for corporate phone number to discuss the dirty no glove wearing employee's no hair nets. 30 min wait to receive a beef and cheddar combo and at least 3 customers walked in and left because of service. I'll never eat here again I worked as a cook at same facility but different business Shoneys. I explained I work in the food industry and this is one of the worst fast foods companies I have ate at in many years!

Food ratein a minuses 10 Thought i was a Mc Donald's after see in my sandwich As I had too check too make sure there was Roast beef on the sandwich a lesson well learned and Won't go back for seconds Period and almost forgot if you like Cold fries the got them
Came in around 2:30pm. Weekday. Tried the 2 for $6 fish. Our order was wrong. Got a roast beef and a fish. Had to go to counter and flag someone down to fix that. Dining room was an absolute mess. We had to wipe our own table to have a place to sit and they were not at all busy. Fish was like mush - not cooked long enough given it’s frozen. Won’t be back.

Ordered online, ended up waiting like half an hour with 4 cars in front of me. Only for the lady to say "from now on when were this busy you have to come in" no I don't, it's 5 steps away, don't be lazy, not that it mattered, because the food was so disgusting that after one bite off each thing I threw it all away, chicken was awful, fries tasted like my boot, don't plan on returning and hope this will help others find a better restaurant as well

Young light skinned male who apparently had to go out of his way to be rude to us at the drive thru window. Whatever happened to genuwine, knowledgable, and helpful customer service with a smile? Now it's "let's see how absolutely indifferent to our customers dining experience I can be this shift." But I enjoy the fish sandwich at Arby's so I run the gauntlet of our worst generation.
Good place to dine in for a quiet enough dinner.
