11/4/2023-The mall was closing & as we were getting ready to leave, my teen son stopped by for a classic Cinnabon. They were out so he they offered him 2 minibons instead. He loved em!

I wanted a classic Cinnabon cinnamon roll but they had just sold the last one so they gave me 2 of the minis in exchange. I also got the strawberries and cream frappe and, let me just say, it is delicious! Tastes similar to a strawberry milkshake but not as rich. Will for sure be going back!

The Cinnabon was absolutely horrible this time. I am not sure who baked them that day, but they need trained again. I purchased six freshly warm ones, with extra icing. The dough was paper thin and hard all the way through. There was hardly enough cinnamon to even taste. They didn't even completely fill up the extra icing containers that I had purchased. Cinnabon is expensive and I expect top quality like it has always been. Please train your people at the Lima, Ohio location to do a better job.

They were making fresh ones as we were waiting in line. The staff was friendly and always tells us about the latest deals they have going on. This day there Machine wouldn't scan my phone or take my phone for my rewards so they did a promo for me that was buy 1 get 1. It helped a lot when I was already spending more than $30 here for a take home package plus a couple fresh rolls and a strawberry lemonade. This lemonade was the best. It had just the right amount of everything. Some lemonade are too sweet and other are sour as everyone has different tastes on what it too sweet or sour.

I love Cinnabon, however; the cinnamon rolls need to not sit too long after baking because I purchased 18 and they were hard the next day even after warming. Trust me they are not cheap so Cinnabon try to find a solution to keep the rolls fresh for a longer period.

I was trying to buy a 6 pack of classic buns. I was told that I could not purchase because they were busy and could sell more singles than in a pack. I know you could sell more but now you pushed customers away and Im stubborn and will not be going back to any cinnabon especially limas location. This is ridiculous service and I hope something changes.

They were unfortunately out of regular rolls and a lot of other things, but the mini roll I had was great.

I went to the Cinnabon store/kiosk in the Lima Mall. I thought I would buy some for my wife, daughter and myself tonight and we could each have 1 for breakfast and I could treat my 2 coworkers in the morning. At first I was only going to buy 4 and the young cashier said he would have to price them individually to which I asked how much would 7 be. His answer really surprised me as he said $17.and change. I again looked at the board which stated you could get 9 for $14.49. I said just give me the 9 for $14.49 in which he informed me that he would have to price them individually as he didn’t have enough. I looked over and there were at least 36 in the case. He said he didn’t have the proper tray to sell a 9 pack. Now I don’t work in the food service industry but I would think that if my customer were trying to buy my products I would try and make the sale and accommodate him as best I could. I didn’t care if they put 3-4 in a couple of boxes as long as you charged me the price as stated on your menu but I’ll be damned if I’m going to pay more than that stated price. Needless to say I don’t know if I’ll be back at least till after the holidays.
