I have been wanting to try the loaded tots. I was disappointed. They were over done. The chicken bacon ranch sandwich was burnt. When you see that the bread is burned why would that be acceptable to send out.

I called to order at 10:30 pm. The phone just rang, no answer. It says delivery available until 12:00 am. So they just lost a new customer.

I don't want to be a Karen n complain bc I work on a restraunt but come on we atleast replace your food if it would be burnt. Idk tell me what u all think would unjave called back than he told me that if he would replace it it look like thT bc I didn't order the sauce and everything is weighed out wish we.cpuld post pictures

We just ordered delivery and were confused why it was taking well over an hour. Left special instructions to ring the doorbell. The driver left it on my porch without even knocking. Now I have cold food and am out $70.

I asked in the special instructions to ring my doorbell or knock but they did neither, it took well over an hour and cost 70$ half an hour later I noticed the pizza wasn't there and they left it on my porch in the cold of winter, when I tried to call they would not answer
