Everytime I order at 945 they call me back an cancel my order! This time I was in my car enroute to JJ. Manager called an basically said we don't want your order. We cleaned up early. We'll that's the last straw for me.

Wow, so I'm only in the area once or twice a year. Last fall had a horrible experience at this location and was assured from Jennifer at HQ there would be a $30 credit to my phone number. Went in to use it with some friends, the counter person smugly says we don't do credits. I explained and he said he looked up my number and no credit so I paid for our sandwiches. I'm done with this location.

Tuna sub here is really good...I didn't like the new kickin chicken sub, tasted like it was meant to be warm, wasn't good cold. I wish they had hot subs.

I stopped in as I was travelling and expected I could get a consistently good sandwich, I was very wrong. Walking in it was obvious the staff didn't want to be there. No one else was in the place but they made me wait to order while they goofed off with each other. The sandwich was made in an absolute mess. When I got back to the hotel to eat the bun was very very stale. Right to the trash!!! Not a premium sandwich shop

JJ is always so good. Their Root beer is so good. It's nice and cold and refreshing, reminds me of the old Rootbeer stand that used to sit where Arby's is now . Yummy ?

I pull up at 9:41pm june 21,2023 and no one answers the drive thru, so I pull around and beep and tell them google says you guys are open til 10pm! he tells me they ran out of bread, to me it looks like everyone is trying to hurry up and leave everything is packed up literally this is the second time this has happen to me where I drive there and they’re closing early! The employee name is Chris who said they ran out of bread I bet subway got bread!
Stopped in Lima, OH and had the Unwhich for the first time. Really a nice, light alternative! Speedy fast service as always.

Great subs, good service, nice facilities. They have a convenient drive-through, too..I typically get the #16 The Club Lulu, a turkey, bacon and cheese sub. The bread is always fresh, the turkey tastee and the bacon salty, YUM!
