I've never had a good experience here. Last summer I came in for a frozen Fanta. I stood there for 40 minutes waiting for it. A guy came in 10 minutes after me, they gave him his food after 20 minutes and gave him a free pie for the long wait. So I walk up to the counter to ask, and wasn't able to get anyone's attention for about 7 more minutes. I didn't get anything extra either, even though the other guy did for waiting half as long as me. I hate to complain about fast food, but that was ridiculous.In March I went in for a Shamrock shake. The kiosk didn't give me a recipt. After 10 minutes of standing there, an employee yells about the shake machine being broken. 7 more minutes for a refund.This place always wastes my time.

Every time I come here they ask me to pull to “reserved” spot. Listen if you are really that worried about your drive thru times get people their food faster. Three cars in front of me and two behind, this is not Sonic.Bonus my chicken bacon Cajun ranch, was neither bacon-Cajun or ranch. But did manage to get the chicken right.

Apparently, all the Lima, Ohio locations are using the pricing model that allows the prices on the same products to change throughout the day. Prices charged do not match the prices on the menu board in the drive thru. Very disappointed.

Everytime you order this McDonald’s takes forever. Line of people. You go to other one and it’s quick. They always make you pull forward even though no one’s behind you.

Thought it would have been better to have had a dinning room attendant. Liked that it didn't have a help yourself bar.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendliness or customer friendliness for the atmosphere may have included a Ronald McDonald statue or maybe the Hamburburglar especially for parties that include children or young adults. An interactive light table would be a nice touch too.

Extremely slow even though they aren't that busy. They also messed up my sandwich, which took even longer to get fixed. I watched 3-4 people ask for refunds due to the amount of time it was taking to get their order.

It's not a good one to eat at. I recently ordered and its not the same without the old general manager. I miss her dearly. She always knew how to handle the place better. I got sick from eating a double cheeseburger from here because it wasn't cooked all the way. I never get meat from this place I never trust it. Also the p4lroces have gone up too much, I miss the cheaper options

Was going here to eat breakfast for a jv football game. Boy was we wrong about eating here. Let's just start off by saying we used the kiosk to order some of the food. I filled out a survey online to get a breakfast sandwich free with the purchase of one. We sat there for 20 minutes waiting on our food and watching people come in and go with there orders. A worker came up to use and told us it will be a few more minutes because the biscuits are cooking right. I mean how hard are they to cook??? Then 6 more minutes go by and she comes back and asks if we would like to get the muffins instead for the same price. I don't know but am I missing something because the muffins are cheaper than the biscuit so I guess that they should be free. They didn't offer to give us the money back for the difference between them. I told the lady "no thank you, could I just get my money back and the coupon so I can go to another place and use it?" She said we don't give you the money back and you can not have the coupon because you used it. I argued with the manager because if you don't have what I paid for then I should get the money back. After 10 more minutes she gave me back part of my money. I definitely would never go back to this place. The manager was rude and since when do you argue with a customer about giving money back when you no longer have the item? Just beware about good reviews as I was told by one of the associates that they have family of workers and friends who fill out good reviews for this establishment....
