Very disappointed with order today. Pizza soggy in grease. Ordered a 3 lg topping and rec a free LG 1 topping. Barely any of 3 toppongs on it.was hot but wings weren't. Barely any sauce on them. I've never had an order from them to such low quality. $46.03 w/o tip, wasted for my grandson's b day.

My husband was ignored at the drive thru window for half an hour. The employee Made eye contact with him and then proceeded to get on her phone and play on it while ignoring him. He Watched her take our order to another car. That car then brought the order back inside. So he went in and she was being really dumb about it. Got home and I didn’t get all of my 16piece wings. And the food was cold. We live like 5 minutes away. There should be zero reason the food should have been cold. I have NEVER had this problem going when day shift is there. Hopefully management will make it right. On top of it when he left the drive thru window the girl immediately answered the drive thru for the car behind him

I waited over 15 minutes at the drive through waiting for my order only to find out that the employee was talking to a friend at the window who never made an order. It was just a social visit at my expense. Literally. The pizza I ordered didn't taste like it was cooked all the way through and it was way too greasy. I usually get a great pizza here at this location but definitely not with this order. I hate making negative reviews but this was a terrible pizza and overall experience.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews from 2 months ago. It’s copy & paste really. I ordered food at 5:42pm. It said it would take 42-52 minutes. We got a four topping pizza & 6 piece wing. Not sure how that takes that long. So at 5:54pm it said through the text messaging that “Your order is out for delivery!” So then it was 6:22pm, I called them and told them that the text message & the safari app said the same thing. The lady that picked up the phone was extremely unhelpful and said “well I’m looking at it (the order) right here & your order is next for delivery.” The food just came at 7:00pm. 20 minutes past original time & THE LOCATION IS 4 minutes away. The pizza was warm when he got here & the wings smelled spoiled. I wouldn’t want to eat here again & probably won’t. So I just wanted to make everyone else aware that 2 months ago & now this location for Pizza Hut is shot.

Ordered on rappi, after more than an hour late and after I tried many times to call the shop my order was marked delivered but I never got this items!!!
Took 1.5 hours to get pizza, and pizza was in "out for delivery" status for literally 40 minutes. I live 5 minutes from the store. Pizza was barely warm on arrival as a result. No help from the store, no updates, had to call 3 times only to be told "it's on the way" for 40 minutes. Won't order again.

Ordered delivery. It was 30 minutes late. Food was cold, didn't get 2 liter of pop. When delivery driver was asked about pop, he just got in car and left. Called store. Manager refused to come to phone. Was told that they would not be making or delivering any more food today. Was told I would get a $10 credit which I am not confident will happen. If I could give zero stars I would. They have lost my business. Poor customer service and bad food.
