We got seated and had to wait 25 min before we even got drinks. Another 25 min before we could order.25 more min we received our food but had to wait 10 min for silverware. Our waitress was very overwhelmed with having 4 tables, however multiple people were helping her. The pasta was very watery and my Alfredo had zero flavor. She kept saying “don’t mind me” and continuously yelled across the room at other tables for things they needed. 0/10 would not recommend. It was her birthday so we left a tip but crazy to use that as an excuse for missing items and such. She kept saying she’s by herself but had ordered another girl and man to do stuff for her.

Got the large salad, excellent as usual, packed full. Only drawback was it was $9. They once were $4, they $6, now $9. I get that things have really gone up, but a $3 jump?

Spaghetti was ehh OK. Pizza was pretty good. We'll be back, but will have the thin crust next time. Service was a bit sub-par. The server seemed shy or maybe new at her job however she was very polite and apologetic.

Pizza places are a dice roll, but Rigali’s Pizza Village does NOT disappoint. I enjoy the old style feel of the place with its old wooden beams and walls. Their chef salads are ginormous and deeeee-licious. Particularly of note is their Spaghetti Pizza which beyond its weirdness was fabulous. Eating here is an experience with the great food in line with great staff and a homey atmosphere. Very worth a visit. Or two. ;)

Italian sub is terrible. The worst I've ever had and I'm an Italian sub connoisseur

Visiting from Florida but raised in Lima, this was our family pizza place, and although it has changed ownership and location since my childhood, the taste and quality of their pies has not wavered. Great customer service, especially in today's industry.
Always a good Choice for Lunch!

I absolutely love their chicken Alfredo. I get mine with the fried instead of the regular. But it's the only place I'll go for

One of Lima's best kept secrets. Locally owned not chain, and it shows in every way. Try the Italian Sub, you're welcome...
