It's in need of a little TLC and sometimes can be a bit dirty in the food area but that seems to be because of being understaffed. One poor guy ran the whole food court area when I went around 6pm on a Wednesday. For the most part every worker there was friendly and helpful.

DO NOT use this Sam's Club gas station it is manned by extremely rude and unprofessional individuals. It is very poorly managed with no arrows or direction and you are expected to "back in wherever you can" while being yelled at by staff.

Coming to Sam's Club was really disappointing. I will preface this by saying i have never set foot in a Sam's Club before my visit. I am unsure, then, if this is just how all Sam's Clubs are or if it is just this one. I had been a member of their competitor Costco for many years down in Florida, but ended my membership during the pandemic especially since the nearest one is in Fort Wayne. I love wholesale clubs because you can score some great bargains on daily essentials like meat, canned goods, cleaning products, etc. Also, they have luxury items at great prices to like wines, nice cloths, electronics, and gifts. At least, that is what I am used to. As i walked into Sam's, one word that came to mind was blah. The store was smaller than what i am used to. The selection was lacking. I just wasn't at all impressed with anything. Sure... i guess there was an item or two that caught my eye... but not enough to warrant the membership.

I go in 2 to 3 times a year for certain items and Lima Sam's Club always has what I need. The store is clean and easy to navigate.

Let me start by saying generally I love Sam's but had a disappointment when I decided to stopped at Sam's club to do some shopping and had the worst experience so I went there to speak to manager Zach and Ariana about the situation. They was the most disrespectful persons I ever talked to. Very rude as well and does not have any manager experience and does not know how to talk to customers. I will never again stop to shop here. This place doesn't even deserve a one star.

I would give the store and it's staff five stars, because I really love shopping here. The biggest issue for me is that every time I go I end up feeling like prey. There are constantly third party sales people trying to sell something or your asked to upgrade your membership. After paying a yearly fee to shop here, I just get a little irritated with feeling like I have to fend off pushy salespeople. I feel for the staff, as they probably have to ask you to upgrade your membership every time. Certainly makes you, as the customer, feel frustrated that your patronage is never good enough.
