I work right across the street and go here pretty much every day. Their cappuccino machine hardly is ever working; I'd say it's not working more often than it actually is working...so I can never get a warm drink in this freezing weather. I don't like straight coffee, so I prefer a hot French vanilla cappuccino, and when it is working, it's really good. But, you're more likely not gonna be able to get one. Most of the time, they don't even have breakfast sandwiches out either, and if they do, make sure you check the sandwich before you eat it, as I've had the misfortune of enjoying a sausage croissant sandwich one morning, which are actually pretty good if they have them, but it had a hair in it. The staff are polite, but for being the only gas station with options right off of 75, they seriously need some updated equipment so people can get a hot drink on a 30 degree day...it's really irritating to take the time to go in there, just to find out you can't get anything you wanted.

Very rarely is there half and half or cherry in pop machine.. I also bring my own straw because there’s never any fountain pop ones… do better

Bathroom was filthy. Employee in duty just standing around not taking care of the business. Didn't even ask for my Speedy Rewards card. Store needed some attention as far as cleanliness goes, but it wasn't going to happen with this employee.

Ordered food and was called to the counter and told that they are cleaning the grill and cannot make food, when I asked how long the wait would be I was told a half hour, when I said ok ill wait she rolled her eyes and said fine. Time is 9:45 in the morning.

Have workers taking to customers, instead of cleaning up the restrooms. It was disgusting, the worker was playing videos on her phone with cuss words while ringing me up. Horrible place

Dirty, and it has only 1 bathroom. This makes no sense seeing as to how they're located right off of a highway,and a seemingly busy road. This place definitely needs some updates. The employees all looked hungover or extremely tired. Even the coffee is nasty! That's pretty sad when you can't get a decent coffee at a speedway.
7/22/22...On the way home from Lima, my son & I stopped in to use the restroom, pick up a few bottles of water & grab some lottery tickets for a relative. The cashier, Joy, didn't quite live up to her name. Her behavior was a bit bizarre. Anyway, when I got to the counter, I greeted her & no response. Instead, I got an unusual gawk. I completed that transaction then I asked for the lottery tickets that I was asked to pick up. Joy rudely informed me that they stopped selling lottery tickets @ 10p. I'd never heard of this before so I started asking more questions. She said it's because of fraud & that no lottery tickets could be sold or cashed in at that time. She also mentioned something about gift cards not being allowed to be sold because of dishonesty/fraud, as well. I thanked her & wished her a good evening. Again, no response. I understand we all have an occasional off/bad day, but it was more than just that. Her behavior was just...bizarre & she wasn't very customer friendly. Hopefully she can be retrained on how to properly engage with customers. 2/5 starsStopped by here to get gas before hitting the highway back home on 4/24/21. The restroom was in great shape, unlike a nearby gas station's restroom, which was a disaster during a few previous visits to Lima. The check out staff was pleasant. 5/5 Stars

I will never go to speedway again in my life nor will anyone in my family I went there yesterday 7/18/2022 and the swiped my credit card for gas cigarettes and swishers took the money off my card then told me it was declined and would not even attempt to resolve the problem cashiers stating they don't know wat to tell wouldn't call the manager in or nttn just sayin u lost your money and then I call the customer service they talking bout it could take 5 to 7 days to get my money back that I already waitied for to get paid and now I have to wait again smdh
