This place has went completely down the toilet!!! Worst Subway experience I have ever had.. Ordered 2 foot longs... Wanted all the extras on it except spinach... All they put on them was tomato, & SPINACH!!!! Did not know this till I got home... Then on top of that, they do not honor coupons, ok, that's your choice fine, but after taking the coupon that they DON'T honor, they DIDN'T GIVE IT BACK!!! This place will never get another penny from me, & I will spread the word about my experience at this location.... Y'all need 2 really pay attention to the feedback on this location, since it went private owned, it has went to hell... Inside was supposed to be open till 8, I came a little after 5 and the doors was locked so had to go threw drive threw.. It is like they knew they wasn't gonna put on your sandwich what you asked and paid for, so they didn't want you to see it till you was gone

Do not go through drive thru at this location. The bread was hard, very skimpy on the meat and vegetables. I asked for extra mayo and I could barely tell there was any on there. Guess I'll go elsewhere or go inside so I can see what they're doing. And I do not like that they put the meat on top either.

Ever since they did this massive overhaul with a new crew that can’t speak English, all hope has been lost at this subway. They don’t know how to make ANY of the sandwiches here. When they do, it’s just an absolute mess of a sandwich wrapped in paper. Don’t ask for mayo on your sandwich because it all ends up on the paper rather than the sandwich. Even on a simple cold cut. This place is awful!!!

Now that all the staff is indian, you get cheated on your meat. I've gotten the beast there many times the last time was by an all Lady Indian group and I had all bread and two pieces of meat buyer beware. A $14 sub with no meat. Should have called that one the bread beast!

Ordered chicken teriyaki w extra protein. Received what looks like Philly steak meat, and no double protein. It’s pathetic. The staff are random kids who can’t put a sandwich together, they might as well go back to school, this job is way over their heads. Not the first time

I don't come here often but everytime I have they are very friendly and always get my order just right.Parking: Since it's right off I-75 they have a nice big lot and the space next store is empty so never a problem parking any size vehicle.

Don't waste your time,never open,drive thru only if its open at all, have attitude like you are bothering them seems to be passed down from the management signs at drive thru they don't take coupons

We went through yesterday and ordered 2 subs in the drive thru. The lady was very disrespectful and acted like she was not even listening. When we got to the window it was open and we were waiting to pay and get our food. A woman came over slammed the window in our face and walked away. Customer service is not what it used to be anymore. I decided I would take my money somewhere else. If you don't want someone's business keep treating people this way. I have never been treated this way at this store. It used to be my favorite Subway until the treatment we received yesterday. I won't be coming back to your store.
