I went inside to order at 10:20 today, and the staff was very rude. They informed me that they were only serving through the drive-through at this time, and I asked if I could place an online order because they had signed that said so, and I was very rudely asked to leave the lobby and told I had to go through the drive-through, despite being assigned that said mobile orders accepted. overall unnecessarily rude and incompetent as they ignored the signs the left up that said mobile orders allowed

First time I heard about the $5.00 craving boxes that you can customize a box or get the regular one. For only $5.00!!!!! I use the app n I got 2 free rewards So if you want to try a craving box check out their app or website. I didn't go inside and always drive thru so idk the atmosphere would be inside. But at the window to pick up it was very friendly. ??Parking: I always go to the one on N West st. Lima. Never had to wait.

Almost everyone here was nice, had a nice talk with an employee on break, the blonde hair manager of shift on dec 30 at 3:30 was the worst, yelling at employees and customers, creating a toxic workplace, 4 or 5 stars without this lady there

Went through the drive thru ordered the #1, tacos. I have to say those were the freshed Taco Bell tacos.
I went around 630pm today…….i have never tasted Taco Bell so bad. It tasted like they didn’t bother cooking or warming up anything. Somebody just grabbed a can, a bag, and said make it do what it do, cuz I’m not?. Not a microwave, not a fryer….…nothing. If this is a pack and cook at home service, just say that, because they sure didn’t cook it at the restaurant(if I could call it that, at this point). I’ve tasted better after a drunk night, the next day?. Would NOT RECOMMEND (Elida rd., Lima)

Slow AF an food wasn't even right. Funny thing is we went in no line cash register says for faster service use kiosk an we did, still waited 15 minutes for 4 burritos, faster service really could it get any slower?!!!! Used lack of employees, we order before half of the day line that's why we went in we didn't get food till dt was cleared lack of motivation

Taco bell charged my card $24 but my order didn't go through on the app BUT IT DEFINITELY TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. Now I have to pay for dinner twice and contact support is closed until Monday. F taco bell. Corporate thief.
