Cold stone Creamery did not allow inside seating. The same thing happened last year when we went there. Then, they refused to take our gift card. We ordered 3 items. They forgot to make one of them. The young manager did not seem interested in our concerns. We will be visiting the Findlay store next time.
As a proud Canadian, I would say that Tim Horton(s), the great Canadian icon, is an excellent place to stop at for our coffee, hot chocolate, timbits, pastry, and sausage farmer's wrap needs.

I found a black plastic piece in my cheese of my sandwich. And my coffee order was not correct either.
Nice chill spot to eat and hang out. Staff is friendly and the ice cream is incredible.

If I could give this a zero star review, I would. I will be personally contacting the owner. The service is absolutely terrible. We pulled in 2 hours before close, but couldn’t order because they had already “cleaned.” This is not the first time this has happened. We have even gone around 7:45/8:00 (closes at 9) and the doors will be locked with the employees standing around inside. We continue to try to take our business to this location and are continuously let down. These employees deserve to be let go and the entire staff needs replaced. It’s an embarrassment to the owner and an embarrassment to the Lima community. Absolutely appalled by the lack of service, the laziness, and the disrespectful attitudes of the staff at this location. 0 out of 5 stars.
