Haven't ordered in almost 2 years for quality. Wanted to try again, the bun for my sandwich was stale, but first red flag was all employees were outside smoking when I pulled in. Then seemed mad that I was there ordering. Will not return to the harding highway location, they in my opinion are the worst of them all and always have been. Down to sanitation. Honestly should just close this one.

Update- I had time to go inside and also used the restroom. I was shocked to see how filthy it is. One customer was at the counter ordering and one at drive thru. It was a slow time of day, I will think twice before even going to the drive thru anymore.I’ve never ate inside, I always use the drive thru. The employees are always super friendly, food is always fresh, and the order is correct 8 out of ten times. Mistakes happen and they are always happy to fix it if needed. They are efficient and overall provide great customer service. Keep up the great teamwork!

I waited in the drive through for 26 minutes. After I finally got my food and I got a half a mile down the road, I noticed that my food order was completely wrong. There were 3 people inside eating while I got my refund so it's not like they were busy. They were apologetic, but overall ignorant. I will probably not eat there again and I used to be a regular, but the service quality has hit rock bottom.Update, decided to give them another try. I hadn't been there since the original review. Got home, they messed my order up again. Never stopping again. They need to work on order accuracy. I order and pay for a triple, they give me a single. How is it this hard?

This restaurant is absolutely horrable. Walked inside to place an order to go at 11am today. A manager was training a new employee at the register. The manager asked if my order was eat in or carryout to which I replied carryout. The manager completed the order on the register and another employee placed it on a tray. I had to remind her that it was carryout so that it could be placed in a bag for carryout. The person in line behind me was with me and placed an order for carryout as well. Good thing the person in line was with me as when we got out to the car they had some of my food in her bag and some of her food in my bag. However, After attempting to eat, this so called food, I wish they would have given all of our food to someone else. The food was cold and had 2 slices of dried up cheese on both sandwiches ( which was ordered without cheese) and both the hamburger and fries were cold. They just literally opened when we placed our order, how in the heck could it be cold? I think it was left over from the day before. So not only did I pay for food that I couldn't eat, but I also paid for cheese that I didn't order and I paid tax for takeout. I really think the manager needs to learn what she is doing before she trains anyone in this restaurant. While waiting for my cold food, I couldn't help but notice how rundown the resturant was and how health standards were not followed, as there was an employees jack laying across the back food counter and large areas of paint was missing from the walls.Needless to say, I will never come back and if I were the employee that was being trained I would run as fast as I could.

The lady at the window was very nice.Had to wait on meat to cooked. My meat on my burger was dry and very over cooked. I should have checked it before getting back on the road I would have returned my food.This Wendy's needs to be remodel bad.Dave this restaurant needs help, it doesn't meet our standards.

there was water and soda on the floor from the soda machine. the machine sprayed soda everywhere and when the workers were informed they didn't do anything. it took a customer walking out for them to fix it! Then even somewhat fixed it was out of practically every drink. what is the point of having g a machine? I think they get a kick out of watching people struggle. I won't go back to such a terrible wendys!
