“This is the third time we have visited this food truck and have had amazing food, service and over all experience each and every time! Highly recommend you check them out! We love their Chorizo Torta, steak mexican tacos and steak quesadillas!”
“Stopped for one of their delicious cones. The hardest part was trying to make a left turn from High St. At the light. Sat thru 3 lights. Left turn arrow must not be on at 3 p.m. on weekdays.”
“First time eating there. The little personal pies were awesome! We had the humble pie and meat lovers! Great taste and nice, buttery crust, with a crispy edge. ?”
“Always a great experience when I go there it’s 2 min from my job and I’m a regular. I will always recommend. Chickens always fresh, but on this pictureI got gizzards, and I know a lot of people don’t like them, but they are great fresh and they are not that actually chewy which I love. Don’t forget to try out the Chester sauce similar to Canes sauce.”
“Food was very good. Everyone was extremely friendly. A little disappointed that chips were a side to sandwiches instead of fries, but there were a lot of chips. Bought a side of fries. Delicious. And btw, It is now known as the Grumpy Goat.”
“As a carnivore I went to a purely out of love for my cousin but left smitten! The experience was peaceful, beautiful and delicious! Tips for me was the wild mushrooms with sofrito rice. Definitely did not expect to see sofrito rice on a menu here! The brown butter hollandaise was perfection. For dessert the chocolate tart was everything one should be: a firm, deep and dark, blanket of chocolate that you can just wrap yourself up into with accompaniments I would have never considered: a Sauvignon Gris with caramel and porcini cocoa dust. Washed down with amaro nonini. The service was also amazing, and the vibe cozy and intimate.”
“Outstanding isn’t a strong enough word for the food and service. Incredible experience and likely the best dining experience that I’ve ever had in Columbus. Only complaint was the temperature in the restaurant. We were freezing for the entire two hours that we were in there.”
“Donald was an amazing server. I wasn't sure what to order and his recommendation was super good. He always made sure we were okay and our drinks were full while waiting for our food. Awesome service!”
“Really good German food and upscale classics. Their sangria is so yummy. So cool that they serve breakfast until 3pm. Absolutely would come back.Wheelchair accessibility: Main entrance is wheelchair accessible”
“I just had Westside Slice for the first time and it was fantastic. The owner made my pizza and has a very welcoming attitude. Definitely the best and most affordable pizza in the city. If you know you know and now I know.”
“Delicious chef special of pan seared Chilean sea bass served over ramps and small roasted potatoes with a lemon-pea puree. For dessert a Basque cheesecake with cherries. All beautifully plated. Busy on a Saturday night, have reservations. This is a well known local favorite for fine dining.”
“Amazing experience here! We sat at the bar and the food was flavorful, and lively. Sean served us creative, complex cocktails. I mean truly memorable. Think you've had a good mojito? Try one here. Seriously, any of Sean's creations will engage flavors in a rare and elevated way. I don't think I've had a better cocktail experience.”
“Second time trying out while in town for business. There’s a reason they’ve been around for over 100 yrs and the sausage is it! Excellent authentic German house made sausages that is a must try when in town.”
“5 stars all the way around haven’t tried anything on the menu that isn’t great. When at work a few of us eat or grab coffee here everyday. I live in grove city and make a trip here for lunch with the wife on the weekends sometimes. Great people great food. Hidden gem for sure.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu”
“Beautiful restaurant, delicious food, and incredible service. Working in hospitality I pay close attention to service and rarely am I blown away, but this was an exception. My S/O and I always decide on a rating at the end of the meal and this was the first 10/10 experience (we are harsh critics lol). I can't wait to come back when the patio opens! Also... do yourself a favor and get the gelato.”
“We always seek out non- corporate restoration. We found this gem and visited for brunch. The food is elegant but comfortable by just delicious. You have to try the breakfast mustard. We will return”
“I popped in here one day looking for a smoothie bowl. They have a couple of smoothie/bowl options, but the bulk of the menu is teas and shakes (which look really good and interesting). There's low/no added sugar options, protein powders, and they seem to be allergen-friendly. The guy working was helpful and friendly. The acai bowl with pb and granola had a smooth tasty base, generous amount of toppings, and I was very happy with it, especially since there aren't too many good options in Cbus to get a smoothie bowl. There's a little bit of sitting room inside if you don't want to order to-go. This place is a hidden gem for sure, and I'd go out of my way for it.”
“This place has the best al pastor and birria tacos in town! Prices are good and the staff is extremely friendly! Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!”
“Here, I thought this was just another american diner. I just wanted something local to eat. I wasn't expecting the mexican american cuban combo. Seriously, french toast bites, a breakfast burrito, and plantains! They put real fruit on the french toast. I love it. The place was packed, and it should be. I drive truck, and out of the many places I've been around the country, this diner is a real gem. Great food. Nice people.”
“This place right here is IT!! It is a gem, the food is phenomenal. It's super small but has a comforting environment. We have had several different menu items and everything is amazing. Everything is homeade and made to order. The hash is unbeatable and the biscuits and gravy is like a grandma would make. Now let's talk about pricing, their prices are so good. This is hands down the best breakfast spot I've ever ate at in my 33 years.”
“This hidden gem is absolutely amazing. From the food to the service - this place is 5 stars across the board. We’ve ordered different menu items every visit, and they’re always top notch. The short rib burger is in my top 3 best burgers of all time. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Columbus!”
“We received a flyer on our door, it stated that they had no pork products and the pictures looked very appetizing with fresh vegetables and such on the pizza, so we decided to give them a try. The guy told us 45 minutes and it was 45 minutes on the nose., the pizza was delivered hot as if they had just taken it out of the oven, we ordered the House pizza which has black olives, mushrooms, green and banana peppers, onions, beef sausage and beef pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!! The pizza sauce and dough had that ‘homemade’ taste…..this was our first time ordering from them we will be ordering again……”
“My boyfriend and I have been wanting to come here for awhile and what's a better occasion than Valentine's Day - we barely make it out to German Village. They sat us right in the middle of the restaurant in this "special seating" with these really big chairs! They had a great ambiance, great music and fun decor. We started with the Korean Ribs, they were delicious - anytime I see these on the menu I have to order them. I ordered the Drunken Noddles as my entree and they were very good, the sauce was sweet and savory - two of my favorite flavors. My boyfriend ordered the Pad Thai, he really enjoyed. Great staff and can't wait to return!”
“Papa Joe's Pizza is a slice of heaven! From their mouthwatering pizzas to their delectable subs, every bite is a flavor adventure. But what truly sets Papa Joe's apart is their exceptional staff – friendly, welcoming, and always ready to make your dining experience unforgettable. Whether you're a pizza purist or a sub aficionado, Papa Joe's is the place to be!”
“Food is always amazing. It was shocking to be a little hole in the wall bar, that all food was home cooked. They have fair prices, and a verity to choose from. I was told owner cooks all items herself. She definitely puts her heart and soul into it. They have everything from potato, lasagna soup, to wings, pizza, or a fully loaded chef salad. The half size salad was just. Very generous on size.”
“Great glazed donuts. Soft and no too doughy with the proper amount of glaze. Other donuts are great as well. Service was nice and quick with a pull number ticket when you arrive. Prices are good too as 6 donuts were under $2 each. Would definitely add this to the rotation.”
“This is top 2 best bakeries coming from a CA girly. My first time visiting Ohio and we came back 3 times in a week. The minimal design showcasing all the fantastic desserts was beautiful. We had the pistachio tart, chocolate bombe & crème brûlée eclair. I DIED! The eclair was our favorite, perfect execution of texture and sweetness. Its a must if you're debating on what to choose. The tart was next fav and chocolate bombe was good but I prefer cake over a mousse. Tried all the seasonal drinks. The honey butter latte was the winner. Staff is professional and friendly. The cherry on top would be if there were more seating inside or outside. Im obsessed with this place and it'll always be a non-negotiable when I visit.”
“The absolute biggest burger I have ever eaten in my life. The menu is huge and there are so many burger choices. The onion rings are huge. Homemade ranch was outstanding!!”
“Fabulous experience at Sycamore with impromptu seats at the bar. Started with a huge salad and the sticky carrots which had a bit of heat -- both were delicious and the salad was big enough to be an entree salad. Ravioli and Veggie Tagine were both fantastic. Complex seasoning and flavors and both vegetarian. Finished off with a strawberry rhubarb pie a la mode. Everything was excellent. And the service was outstanding.”

“A quaint little diner with typical breakfast fare. The staff was friendly and there appeared to be a lot of regulars so that's a good sign. Food was on par with any other diner/greasy spoon.”
