The driver forgot my sub and only brought the pizza. He said he was going back to get it and i called the store. I said it has been 30 min and the girl on the phone corrects me with 27 min. I said the sandwich will be cold. She said it wont. Then when i question it she gives me to a guy and i tell him my sub will be cold. He said they remade it when the contacted the driver about forgetting it, which was 27 min ago. He said the sandwich will be hot. Well guess what. I got it and the sandwich was cold and the bread was soggy.

They do not know what they're doing here. Even if I ask for extra sauce for my wings, its like they're afraid to put any on! Also some employees inside are very questionable. Also wouldn't advise you to let your kids around them... Never again going back here.

Never order anything from this place . The manger is very rude and nasty . Food is always over cooked . I’ll never get anything from this place
Staff was friendly enough but......I ordered a Salad and it smelled like a dirty kitchen sink, the lettuce was all wilted and soggy. They put raw onions in it (which most people know will absorb any and all bacteria if left sitting around ) and the entire thing was just inedible. When having salads on a menu you should always prepare fresh , or just do not put raw onions on it . Get some knowledge people. And it costs way too much money to ever make another stop here.

Always great pizza & food!!! Buffalo chicken pizza is my favorite and is always delivered hot even though we live 15 mins away in Spencer. For the first time (and we’ve ordered plenty of times) I noticed they forgot our wings I had ordered. About 30 mins later, Nicole brought our wings and dropped them off on our porch. I am not feeling well so I could not have greeted her but she left us a menu with $7 cash inside and a note that said “I cannot accept a tip when it’s my fault, I am so sorry”. Nicole, if you are reading this, we forgive you and would love to tip you double next time. Thank you for being honest, we hope you have a great evening!!!

Ordered at 5:01 was told 45 minutes and it didn’t arrive until 6:06 so 20 minutes past the expected time and of course it was cold
