I've been to Hocking Hills Diner twice now, and I haven't been too impressed with their food. It leaves much to be desired in the area of flavor. The atmosphere is better, with cute signs throughout and the service is pretty good as well. I just wish the food tasted better.

Eaten here a couple times for breakfast and it’s been ok. we had the banana bread French toast and it was just way too big to eat all of it but it was pretty good. Service is kind of slow and takes a while to even get seated when they aren’t full or anything. Last time we ate here the servers were cleaning the table next to us and were talking bad about other servers that work there so it was kind of awkward to hear that.

It’s a comfortable spot with some serious hiccups in the flow. Food was overall solid but didn’t leave me wanting to come back, my biggest gripe was the wait time for service when there was only 2-3 active other tables in building. There server was really friendly I just felt forgotten.

Never had a bad meal till yesterday, meatloaf was 1 piece and dry as a bone, we eat there twice a month for years, so not a bad track record. Wife got chicken livers and loved it, and had enough for 2 meals at home. Will continue to

The food and service here were excellent. The breakfast bowl was very good. This was an unexpected treat to find this place. Milkyway latte was good also. I would definitely recommend it.

Food was OK but the service was excellent. The restaurant was cold to sit there and eat our breakfast.Parking: The parking lot is horrible, lots of pot holes and confusing to where the front door is.
Absolutely amazing food and service. Can't wait to go back and try lunch and dinner selections.

My husband and I visited for the first time and had lunch. We both had the liver and onions and were not disappointed! We will definitely be back again.

This place was absolutely horrible! The bill came to $40 for two eggs, toast, something that was supposed to be sausage gravy and two biscuits. Not sure what it was though. I did find one little piece of sausage in this white goop. A cup of oatmeal that you could plaster the wall with and the raisins were hard as rocks that I got charged 75 cents for. I got a pancake that was as thin as a dime with a butter spread. Now, I asked if they had turkey sausage. they didn't have it.I asked if they had a milk substitute for coffee. They didn't have that.I asked if they had Fresh unsweetened brewed tea. I was told the only had fresh brewed sweet tea but that regular tea came from a box. So it didn't surprise me when they bought me a butter spread for my one very thin pancake. The spread had no butter in it I read it LOL I was told if I wanted butter I needed to ask for real butter? save yourself the headache and choose someplace else for breakfast!
