Had we been taking fully care of the rating would have been much better.4-20-2024 almost 9 PMWe thought you were open until 10 on a Saturday we didn’t know since lights was on.However not a soul besides us in the drive thru and no one inside.Girl took our order was nice. We ordered.Paid was given our food. We check our bag to be sure we had everything to find no plastic ware no butter no napkins. Tried to gently get someone’s attention no luck so tooted our horn. Nothing. So blew the horn. Young man come over doesn’t give us barely a chance to say what we needed. We got fork out before he slams the door. Toot the horn nothing so I blew the horn he comes back we got out butter before he slams the door back on us. So then he hands our stuff to the girl. I said so he didn’t want to give it to us knowing he was gonna get chewed out? She laughed she said he’s busy. We didn’t dare ask for napkins. But I told her you are never too busy to take care of a paying customer. That’s your job! What he did was unacceptable. Not too busy to take our money but too busy to take care of us. How was I supposed to eat Mac and cheese and green beans without silverware like a caveman with my hands I guess. Your employees needs trained how to take care of customers. If you take their order and their money then take care of them. Around 20 minutes later we seen someone go to the drive thru don’t know if they got waited on or not but if not we was the last customers.

I traveled 22miles one way ,ordered 2 chicken mash potatoe bowls,traveled 22miles back home ,went to eat ,they gave me the bacon cheese, French fries, mash potatoes an nugget special, went back to logon ohio another 40miles, so after 88miles of traveling 2 1/2 hours on the road we finely was able to eating, in order i was forced to rate this business in order to make post

It takes a lot to get five stars from me. The KFC in Chillicothe Ohio would get 0 stars if that was an option. So I would love for someone from KFCs corporate headquarters to explain why it is that one store can be so outstanding and another be so horrificly bad. I get that the atmosphere can vary greatly in any chain restaurant but apparently no one is paying close enough attention to the quality of food and service that is being distributed under the KFC Brand name. Great job Logan Ohio KFC thank you for restoring my desire for KFC.

I am so very sad to have to say that after all of my years as an aficionado of colonel sanders Excellent recipe , that' the current offering of KFC is nothing at all either in Taste ,or in quality as the original recipe introduced by the colonel so many years ago! Something has definitely changed ... and sadly not for the better ! Besides being terribly greasy and obviously not prepared in a pressure cooker the way the original was... something has happened to the taste... Apparently someone has changed either the amount used or maybe even the type of spices used in the original formula, ? Anyway , whatever May have happened , this is NOT the Kentucky fried delicacy that we all grew up enjoying . I thought possibly that it may have been only this one individual KFC store which I stopped at that might have been doing a less than favorable job of delivering the meal , However , weeks later and weeks apart after trying three additional KFC stores in different locations I found that the product that they each delivered was exactly the same. ..... Greasy , tasteless and BLAH ! I do believe , that if the colonel knew what corporate America has done to his beloved franchise, that he Would be doing flip-flops in his grave !In short tho , they've lost me as a customer, as I don't plan to ever go back! As there are now many other fried chicken purveyors available to try out , I shall begin my search , And hopefully find something that I willlike as well , , that is as tasty As the once beloved "Colonel Sanders original Kentucky fried chicken" ! Wish me luck !

They won’t honor the posted prices that are on line. $10.29 for 6 pieces of chicken and &20. Plus for 8 pieces.
