Service was good, food not so much. My husband had the steak fajitas, and there was barely any steak. Same with my steak tacos. There was more red onions on them, than there was meat. The cheese dip tasted watered down. Which is strange I know...it's just cheese right? The guacamole wasn't a hit either. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I ordered some fajitas and the meat was burnt, they didn't have corn tortillas and the spicy sauce wasn't even chopped. The waiter asked for something and he didn't even bring it. Bad service.

Our food was at our table within 10 minutes of ordering it; and it was delicious. Great customer service also. 5⭐

Place was nice but did anyone get a small lightbulb in their drinks??? We did but only after we searched out the reason why our margaritas were glowing weirdly? not sure about the cleanliness of that -do they recycle them? Also chokeable-check your drinks!!

My husband and I stopped in for dinner while staying in Hocking Hills. We were sat by quickly by what would be our server who took about 5 minutes to come to the table. When he did arrive, he smelled like pot and appeared to be very high. He took our order while giggling though it. Our food did come out extremely quick, within minutes. My husband had a crazy burrito which I guess is serviced fajita style, the pan was so hot that the tortilla was burned to the pan and he was unable to eat it. I had the fajita bowl which was decent. The food overall was mediocre at best and pricey. We eat at Mexican restaurants frequently and this one was definitely subpar. The server definitely smelled like he had a "roach" in his pocket every time he approached the table which was very off putting. Definitely would not go back.

went to this place last week, service was terrible - had a waiter that had to be on the spectrum, asked for our drink orders 4 times, then another waiter had to bring our drinks. we didn't get the margaritas or root beers, yet they tried to charge us for that. food was mediocre, I couldn't get out of this place fast enough. Bill was 52, I left a tip of 5, should have just left nothing, then see my credit card today billed 60 some dollars, not only is the service terrible, they added an extra tip without my consent. horrible, don't go to this place.

We really wanted to like this place. My seafood enchilada was just a cold tortilla wrapped around a few pieces of shrimp.no sauce inside, with a very very light coating of cheese sauce that tasted weirdHad to wait forever to get our bill, then waited longer to pay it. Actually had to go in the back to get somebody. They need to hire more help of they want to stay in business.

My family and I went to La Cascada on a recent trip to Hocking Hills and had an excellent meal! We were seated instantly, which was a surprise concidering we are a family of 7! Our food came swiftly but did not lack taste. We were pleasantly surprised, considering we entered the restaurant at the beginning of the dinner rush. The only quality lacking from this attractive establishment was music. Throughout our entire meal, there was no sound except voices and clinking of silverware. This inspired an awkward environment when there were less people inside the dining area.

We've been coming to the Hocking Hills area for years and this is the first time we tried La Cascada and so glad we did!! Food was excellent and service was also friendly and accommodating. Food came out quickly too! I am vegan and they were very helpful in offering suggestions. I was hesitant to get a margarita because many Mexican restaurants use horrible mixes with fake stuff but not these guys!! It was one of the best Ive had! Spicy pineapple is the flavor I got and it had big fresh pieces of fruit and jalapeño! And they didn't skimp on the tequila. To up one more star: I was somewhat put iff my the sticky menus. The guacamole was good but had too much red onion so it overpowered the flavor. Other than these two things - excellent!
