Had a curbside pick up order, which usually makes it a lot easier since it was me and 2 kids under 4 years old in the car. Called in at 7:02 them know I’m here for the order, was told it’ll be right out. Waited nearly 20 minutes before I had to unload my hungry kids out of the car to walk in to pick up my order. Walked in to find myself 3rd in line. Waited another 10 minutes and now the line is 5 people long. Saw my name at the top of the list of orders on the monitor, which indicates my order has been ready the longest. Got my food, got my kids back in the car, and looked at the time. 7:39.So I waited over 35 minutes to get my food when I was told it would be right out. I didn’t say anything to the staff because they were extremely busy, there were people behind me, and despite my food losing its freshness, it would’ve taken even longer for them to remake the food. Ultimately, if the staff would’ve just spared 20 seconds to run my order out when I originally called, it would’ve made the experience a heck of a lot better.

Order two things. Waited well over the time i was originally told for the pizza and wings which was not an issue. I know how it is. However. I made sure I asked 3 times for the pizza to be cut into squares as I have 6 kids and the new york style comes in huge slices. We called to complain as it isnt the first time the still cut it normal. Yes we understand why it may seem "minor" as the manager stated before he hung up on my husband who has been a loyal customer for 3 years here in Logan. Same manager who said he would make sure they cut it right. As a manager myself I would never deal with a customer the way he did. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed.

Made an app order for pickup. Cashier said thank you but it wasn't a welcoming thank you, more of a have to say it kind of thank you. Also no sauce in bread stick order even with me asking if they were in the bag. The food was good.

Don’t bother trying to get a car side delivery. No one ever brings it out, just go inside anyways. I’m a nurse who just got off a long shift and I just wanted to get my pizza to my car, but I waited 10 minutes after it said it was ready and no one showed, I was parked directly in front of the store. Went inside and it had been ready.

UPDATE**So the wings may have not been right the first time, however, i called today to ask for either a refund or remake. Whichever was easiest or better for them.The manager was nice, asked which wed rather do and we went ahead and just had them remake our order.I atleast appreciate that they were willing and able to make the order right!

Ordered a pizza for my son as I was heading out of town, 2 hours later when I call to see where his pizza is, they inform me the order was canceled. This is terrible service, and why cancel someone's order with no notice?

The delivery person and the person taking the order gave great customer service!I'm not sure why but the pizza did not taste good at all. I ate one piece and am going to throw the rest.the chicken wings were pretty good, not sure why the pizza wasn't. Definitely NOT worth $35!

(Got food after 2 hours and 50 minutes)Would have been nice if someone would have called us to let us know they were out of thin crust instead of waiting 2 hours for me to finally call them and ask them what's going on. Or make an educated decision and use a different crust and just let me know what happened upon delivery. For a 25 dollar order, should have gotten my money back or a free pizza for next time. Lmao, something. Ordered at 4:50 and its past 7. I usually order domino's and now I'm regretting letting the husband talk me into pizza hut for once. Guess we learned our lesson.Oh not to mention a couple weeks ago we almost got hit by one of their delivery drivers and when I called to let them know some idiot almost hit a pregnant woman they were like oh well cant do anything about that. Like how about make it so they work in the kitchen? Or fire them? If it wasn't for my husband's fast reaction time we could have lost our baby.**edit** gave them another chance, husband simply just wanted an order of brownies for a quick sweet. Just to find out the online store hours are wrong and they were already closed when i drove all the way there.Yall should honestly realy fix that. Either be open or adjust your online hours ?♀️
Too greasy to eat. Slopped together and not even fully cut. The meat on the cheesesteak pizza tasted gamey/past prime. No Thanks. Never again. I want to live. Each bite was a coronary waiting to happen.

We ordered two pizzas and breadsticks for our children and us. We woke up the next morning with everyone having upset stomachs. We couldn’t keep anything down without vomiting or having to run to the bathroom. Our poor three year old twins have been miserable for the last two days and have hardly been able to eat a thing. We definitely won’t be back. I wouldn’t eat there unless you’d like food poisoning.
