Never been a coffee fan, although I have enjoyed it, maybe too much, with Grand Marnier added liberally.

This only comes up on my list because it's inside our Kroger store and I have to pass it. I have never and will never buy anything there.

So happy there was a Starbucks in Krogers. All the local coffee shops close early down there.

First the girl working huffs and puff because she has to stop doing what she’s doing to take my order after taking a good 2-3 minutes to even realize I’m standing there . No smile , air pod in her ear . Poor customer service if you ask me .
Very pleasant and funnyWheelchair accessibility: Yes

The staff always makes my drinks quickly and accurately. They are very diligent about dairy concerns as well as making sure I have decaf when I order it.

I went into Starbucks like 5 minutes ago and the lady’s look absolutely like dead she had a horrible attitude and when I got my drink I got a iced carmel macchiato and there’s no carmel in it and I took the lid off to stir it and there was a long hair in it. It was not mine cause I just took the lid off

I ordered ahead and when i arrived to get my drinks, the staff huffed and puffed and complained that they had another customer. I ordered two venti matcha lattes, both were filled two inches from the top and had little to no matcha. I should’ve just ordered milk. Because that’s all it was, instead i paid $14 for two matcha lattes to end up drinking milk. At least they got the milk right i guess. Very disappointed. Go somewhere local.

I have never left a Google review before but, feltI needed to this time.I don’t like these satellite Star Bucks, they usually are not customer oriented since, they typically are not corporate owned. I’m not sure if that’s the case here or not. But, I thought I’d try the Logan Ohio Kroger one this morning. Got there and, no one behind counter with, three people in line, including me. Oh, this was at approximately 7:50 AM, the store opens at 6:00 AM. Waited there about 8 minutes when, someone showed up. They started banging around doing something behind the counter with, NO EXCHANGE OF CONVERSATION OR, EVEN ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF ANYONE IN LINE. After about two minutes of all three of us standing there, the first “customer” left with nothing in hand. The “customer” in front of me and, I moved up. During this “standoff”, I had a couple eye contacts with the "noise maker" behind the counter. Another “customer” joined us two in line. Still, no acknowledgement of our existence. After about three minutes of no action from the customer representative, “customer” three, the one behind me left. I waited about another 3 minutes and left. I can only assume the the “customer” in front of me is still waiting there.I guess my assumption of the satellite stores was correct. What can I say other than, WOW! What was this all about.
Always the same, yummy
