ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! Staff is so rude, waited an hour for our food. Other families came in after us got seated got there food and finished eating and we still didn’t have our food. Mind you those families came in at least 15-20 mins after we had been seated. We ended up leaving without getting food. Other customers were also complaining about how rude the staff was as well, they were also apologizing to us for the service we were having because they knew we had been waiting for so long and they were already eating and done in we still had no food. So I would advised to never go to this Bob Evan’s in London.

After reading dozens of bad reviews about this place, I will be speaking to the district. 1.Place if filthy! 2.Slower than molasses. We waiting 40 minutes before we left to be seated. There was maybe 3 tables filled in the whole place. 3. RUDE RUDE RUDE. LAZY LAZY LAZY! We ended up leaving after nasty comments were made from a waitress about how she “hates kids” and kept going on about it. It was very apparent she was speaking about my 6 month old who was doing nothing but babbling. I seriously hope this place gets shut the heck down. Or at least a new staff at least.
