It's okay ...room for improvement definitely in the dinner buffet but it was only $10 so I guess you get what you pay for. Pizza was burnt, the crust is like cardboard and we requested them to make jalapeno and pepperoni pizza and it didn't happen. Also they have pasta and garlic bread but the pasta was cold and the garlic bread was nothing to write home about. Overall we probably won't be back but then again it's a bit of a drive and we just happened to be in the area. Another thing, they only bring out one pizza at a time and a long wait in between pizzas so I only tried a slice of the pepperoni and sausage and one slice of the pep & mushroom which I could not finish due to it being burnt and the chewy cardboard crust as mentioned.

Nasty doughy under cooked so gross gives you only options. Half raw or burnt wanted a thicker crust. Got thin. And half raw.

Decent pizza definitely need to change their crust. Chewy like cardboard toppings are good but the crust is horrible. I've tried their wings. They're pretty good I live 8 miles away. Deliveries always an hour.

I always have issues with Cappy's food I decided to stop and get a sub sandwich I should have went to subway no taste to it I call my friend because she expert in food ask her what's wrong with sandwich when it just taste bland she said that she didn't know right off and but take it back and get something else but I seen that movie where they did all kinds of crazy things with return orders not saying Cappy's employees would do anything to my food But just no taste to it too me meat is pass it's do date when I bite into sandwich I taste peppers and bread no taste to the meat

I recently started working out in and London and had heard mention of this place, so I decided to try it. Service was great, quick and friendly. I ordered just an extra small pepperoni pizza for myself. Cheese was great, had a nice pull. The pepperoni were the crisp cup kind, so that was a bonus. Crust was crisp and chewy. Sauce was sweet, but not overly sweet. I would highly recommend it if you're out this way.

Online order system has no idea how busy they are and is programmed to tell you your order will be ready in 35-40 minutes. Not till I arrived did staff inform me of this and that my order was just about to go in oven

Despite having been to Cappy's twice before with our service dog, the owner's son who was the on duty manager evicted my wife, her service dog, and our friend stating that the service dog violated their "no pets" policy. My wife and friend both paid for the lunch buffet and were unable to fully utilize it, having to eat their meager portions in the parking lot. Cappy's never offered to refund their money nor showed any regret. Even after I called the manager and politely explained that he was violating the Americans with Disabilities Act and that a service dog is a working animal, not a pet, he was unapologetic and stated that his father, the owner, was in complete agreement with the rude and discriminatory treatment. Please note, the dog remained true to her training and never exhibited any undisciplined behavior.

Once upon a time there was a place in upper Arlington called Leonardo's pizza, since it's demise I have searched for thirty years plus to find someone who makes pizza as good and consistently the way Leonardo's once did...this is the place, this is my happy place. No more corp. Franchise chains. No more store brands, no more making from scratch..

First time here and it was okay, the pizza is very greasy and wish they had a house made ranch, the cheese sticks are also okay. The environment is clean and had different seating opinions. Also the buffet is only Monday- Thursday I went in on a Friday wanting the lunch buffet and Got informed.

Ordered the Buffet and got two pieces of pizza and sat down and three minutes later they shut the buffet down… So I spent $30 on two pieces of pizza… Pizza was rubbery and old as dirt! It was highway robbery, and I wouldn’t of fed the leftovers to my dog. It was so bad!! my recommendation would be don’t eat there and save your money and go somewhere else… It was a rip off! I literally ordered the Buffay at 7:55 sat down, grabbed two pieces of pizza, and they came and took everything away and didn’t say anything to me… That was a scam and I kind of wonder if it was even legal to let us buy it and then turn around and close within just a few minutes!
