I use to love this place. I grew up with but since it has been under new ownership everything has gone down hill. Many times I would order a pizza and it got made late or made wrong. Today I order a simple order for my elderly father and I and they straight up forgot to make it and they didn't even care that they screwed up. I will never order from there again or give them any kind of good review. Go to cappys never had a problem with them

Their Super Sub is all they have left and possibly their Taco Pizza if catch the right person making it, but their crust has went so far downhill their pizzas are not worth a nickel. The sauce isn't what it used to be either, so you're better off going to another pizza place or Subway out at lake Choctaw if you're just wanting subs. It's a far better place for subs and sandwiches. The service was standard I guess as they still want to sell you their nasty pizza, but don't bother eating it there in a small cramped dirty waiting area if they even have a dining room cause last I seen it looked more like a small sitting room while you wait on your food if you can call it that!

How do you order a pizza, get there to pick it up precisely in 40 minutes, and then have to wait an additional 20 minutes for a cold pizza? Totally unacceptable!!!

Would like to rate the food but still waiting for it.
Only 2 customers when we arrived and still waited 10 minutes before a server came out. The subs are large and taste great. The fried bologna sandwich is very minimal, not worth the cost. The fresh made chips were awesome.

Ordered 4 months ago for delivery- order not correct, so we ordered tonight to give them another chance.... Again order not correct- called and they said they would bring the correct items... 2 hours later still nothing... I call back and no one knows anything! Beyond disappointing! We love Ronetties but this is getting old.

The girl who rang me out on my pick up order was so polite! She even offered to help me with everything to my car. The pizza wasn’t too bad this time it typically doesn’t have enough sauce on it though. I had a steak sub and it was burnt around the edges so I had to rip those parts off to be able to eat it. While I was in the restaurant, I noticed the floor where the associates have to walk up front. Very sad you have them walking on a floor that’s all broken.
