This is one of the most consistent locations around. Coffee drinks are always hot and fresh and their bagels are soft and chewy. I always choose Biggby over other chains when I'm in the area.

Not sure why this spot only has a 3.6 rating as of 9/18/23. The coffee is good, the line moves much more quickly than the Elyria location, and the staff are very nice. There is one guy in particular that says "see you tomorrow" every time after you receive your order.
Was a regular here with no issue since opening, after today when the order was wrong, they decided to just look at the receipt and tell me the wrong order then tell me the total with no intention on fixing the issue. The last penny I will spend there. Not worth arguing over. My husbands latte had chunks of whatever flavor stuck in the bottom of the cup which he said tasted bad (the same drink he frequently gets) what a waste of almost $20
