First time We went to go a couple weeks ago and walked in and as soon as we entered the waitress said we are sorry we are only doing door dash, we are serving inside , I said there’s people inside , she grabbed a stack of receipts and said they are this far behind on door dash and so they are not taking anyone else!! Then today I figured I’d give it another try because we wanted to try the place out and the waitress was not that friendly , she got my order wrong , messed up one the the 2Burgers I ordered , and wow the burger was a mess when I got home, the condiments were all over the bun , we needed a lot of napkins to eat this , the bun was soggy and falling apart , the onion rings were soggy, she forgot the ranch I asked for for the mushrooms , no napkins or forks and I got a salad , the only thing that was really good was the fried mushrooms! Two strikes and they are off of our list ! The guy back by the grill was very friendly and helpful but they need friendlier waitresses!!!!!

Building had no clear signs for entrance went to 2 different doors before we got to right door. Once I got in I mentioned it to the manager Rachel she gave attitude and said that the parking lot was at right opening and the other doors had an exit only sign. No apologies. I asked if we could be waited on outside. She said we could order to go and sit outside. I said ok she'd ordered us to the register. There was another person at the bar she was polite gave us menus and asked us if we needed some time I said I did and had to ask if we could sit at the bar because the manager Rachel made it sound as if we could only order to go standing up. The bartender said of course. I sat down orderd drinks. The manager Rachel came by where we where at and I could see doors that we had tried to get in had no exit sign only. I mentioned it to her that I still did not see a cear exit sign only. Manager said she was joking. I said how could tell i tell with mask. She rolled her eyes and walked away. I was irritated but so hungry I still order a chx salad to go.I seen another family try the same door. I motioned that they needed to come all the way around. Father was so greatfull he offered to buy our next round. Manger sent them to the register he also felt like had to ask to sit at the bar and wait for his order manager rudely said that they could as long as they where over 21. I get that but they did not deserve the attitude. Father orded a drink his kids felt so disrespected they left. Than the bartender ordered him to cash out for no reason. Father had one sip of his drink and left it cause his kids refused to eat there. SMH I will never go there again. I had to ask for my salad 30 min later in an empty bar. The Manager gave me my food but when I looked at the kitchen they where all staring at me and smiling. I threw away my food away. Because I did not trust the food. #Brownbagburgers lost me my friend and a family of 5 future business.Because of the attitude and pettiness of the Manger

Wanted to try this place for a while. It was ok at the time. One waitress was nice, the other not so much. Had the pattymelt which was good and a blue moon. After we left I took my girlfriend to a nail appointment and was supposed to do some shopping while she was there but I ended up having to lay down in the back seat because my stomach hurt so bad. I was sick the rest of the day. Never eating there again.

My husband, 3 kids and I ate here (3/13/2021) and we will NEVER come back. First off, our waitress had an attitude problem (I don’t remember her name) she definitely didn’t want to be at work that day. Secondly, the food took over half an hour to get to us and our wings were barely warm so they got cold within minutes. None of us finished our food and we feel like we wasted $80.Also, my daughter spilled her drink on the table and multiple waitresses (including ours) just watched us try to clean it up. Then after I got paper towels from the bathroom and grabbed more napkins off the counter the spill was 90% cleaned up and that’s when our waitress offered help. I wasn’t expecting them to clean up the spill but they could’ve at least brought napkins or a towel for us to clean it up since places only out a certain number of napkins out and don’t have napkins holders on the tables atm.All around a terrible experience. I even burned the inside of my mouth because burning oil came out of the fried mushroom. It became a blister instantly and then popped so I had skin just sitting on the roof of my mouth. It hurt so bad that I had to cut my burger with a knife and fork to eat it.

There food is pretty good, especially if you can eat in, which we haven’t done in some time. Their Honey Garlic wings are by far one of my favorite wing flavor from anywhere. Their burgers are tasty and good for the price. It can be very difficult to get through if you need to call regarding an order. This place ultimately shines in a non-pandemic world and when the weather is good (they have a nice outdoor seating area).

I had the patty melt with onion rings and it was really good I'm definitely going to go back.it's also a good place to hang out and just have a beer while you're waiting for your food if you order takeout.

I placed my order at 6 for pickup at 645. The kitchen staff was down 2 people so I figured it would be a little wait still after I got there. I ended up waiting for over an hour for my food and the manager kept pushing orders ahead of mine. To make matters worse, I watched a woman come in 10 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready, sit down, look over the menu and place an order. She had her food before I did. No sense of managing tickets from the one cook and he was barely even moving, all the while, the other cook (who I found out to be the owner) was running around frantically trying to get orders out. I will never get food from that one. It would've been quicker for me to go to the north olmsted one which is an extra 15 minute drive.
this place is OKAY at best. it’s no 5 guys. i did the build your own burger and got the things i would normally get at 5 guys. gave this place a shot because it’s closer. when you first open the box you see this HUGE BUN and you’re like okay this burger is about to be big and bomb however the patty is so much smaller than the bun :( and the first bite is like 75% bun 25% burger. also the lettuce resembled steamed spinach, and was very soggy. i love lettuce on my burger for the CRUNCH not the flavor. the jalapeños were awesome tho, so spicy.

Ordered 2 burgers. One with avocado, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. No avocado or even tomato on it?? It’s literally in the name of the burger. Bacon and sour cream fries were garbage, had barely any bacon or cheese, and tasted old too. Should have just gone to the cheesesteak place next door.
