Been going to this location for years. Great location, the staff is typically speedy and efficient. Rarely receive errors with my order. The only time I've ever really been disappointed was when they informed me the company discontinued making frappes. #missmy

The cashier that I had was so pleasant even when she took my Order, and then I got to the window she had a great smile. It was like she really liked her job. I had to ask the young lady who was handing me my food, who by the way, had a great smile as well and was very pleasant so I asked her the cashiers name and she said her name either Aliana or Alana and I told her that she was doing a great job and she said yes she is our manager !! I’m very impressed!! Keep up the good work and the great customer service both you ladies did an Outstanding job. Thank you!!

Did not have the right buns for the whooper asked for a double whooper with no lettuce or tomato got a single with lettuce and tomato the ripped me off on the bill it was 18 I gave them 25 and got no change back I ask them about it and they just closed the window they are worthless there do not go

My husband and I actually enjoyed our meals, but the only negative thing was staff. They didn't say anything negative, but neither was there anything extra . Just enough communication to keep you from walking out. Staff should welcome guests, even fast food places should try wearing a smile for the customers.

This location has come a long way from where it once was. The building is much nicer and cleaner now. The food isn’t all that to me but my kids like it.
Been in line for 15 damn minutes, people have honked, 1 car has moved, and nobody had gotten their food. Don't waste your time here. They clearly have no idea what the concept of a drive through is.

The royal spicy king was mediocre and messy with the hot sauce smothering the sandwich and overpowering the taste of the chicken and condiments. The size was small as well for the price. Customer service was prompt, and the dining room was clean.

After never having an order be messed up at a BK before, Manager Janito (not sure on spelling) came to the rescue Iike a boss. He listened to what the issue was, saw for himself that the order was messed up heavily. He was fast on fixing the issue, without a second thought.
If I could give it zero stars, I would every time I have come to this location they always mess up my food or somebody in my family’s every single time we can do not come here. It may be a new building but it’s the same horrible service.
