Too bad there's no rating for how long it takes to get a coffee, donuts, muffins or ice cream because it's a single lane drive-thru at this Amherst location.The safety factor of getting into the premises and leaving is a city engineering problem that must be addressed.I totally avoid this place and only go when there is no traffic 5am - 7am...... after 5pm.Parking: Parking is available but hard to get out because you'll be trapped by the drive thru lineWheelchair accessibility: I didn't see a wheelchair ramp but it doesn't mean there isn't one

This is the absolute slowest Dunkin I have visited. The drive thru is very slow, I waited nearly 5 minutes for one car to move on my last visit. Also the entry and exits of this location are HORRIBLE. It is popular with the drive-thru line often extending around the building and blocking parking spaces. I usually will park and pick up my order inside here because of the slow service.The coffee and food is average for a Dunkin. I have had some bad cups of coffee here but it is usually in the evening so it could be lower volume meaning coffee is sitting around longer and getting bitter.I still go here because it is convenient, close.to home or on my travel route, but it is almost always a frustrating experience due to the location logistics and slow service.

My husband stopped at dunkin donuts to get me a Carmel ice coffee we the guy that made it didn't know to to make it he poured coffee over ice and put Carmel in it .it was horrible very disappointed with it next time I'll go to McDonald'

This is the WORST parking lot to enter/exit. They only have 1 entrance/exit and it is the most dangerous business entrance I’ve ever experienced. Personally seen 4 accidents because of this issue that hasn’t been fixed. Service is okay, drinks are good, and food is aweful. You can taste the plastic it’s stored in and freezer burn.Dunkin’, fix your parking lot please!

Jay was good at making my coffee. I was very happy with my experiences.Only thing I wish the drive thru was in a better location I feel it's not safe for the drivers to be lining up in the major street because there is not much space in the parking lot it's a real concern over all love
